Buyers Beware:: Shein now slap heafty handling charge, but rather than waiting till you have added the discount, which would bring order under the threshold, I worked out if stay around £150 you won't get handling charges. But to think you get 20% discount, but not really if they add £40 handling charge. Also express shipping is so slow, my order since 13th June been stuck, no updates, not moved, and goods taking forever to arrive, getting so frustrated now. They take your money before dispatch, so 2nd payment be due before even get goods, if you Google this is what it says about shipping, Shein takes 6-7 working days for standard shipping and 2-3 working days for express shipping. When you place an order at Shein online marketplace, it takes 1-3 business days to process and they try to ship as soon as your order.12 May 2022. But it's not good enough, companies should ship within 24hrs because you already paid, they sit on your money for 5days before processing orders. I have now started reporting them I don't think this is acceptable in this day and age. Shein you going low, also several items received are pretty poor quality, most jewellery is terrible, broken on arrival, had tops missing buttons, studs falling off, zips broken, use to be good but quality definitely gone downhill.
UPDATE Omg an automated bot reply, I have already spoken to customer service over a week ago. The response was pathetic. You don't care anymore about your customers, ripping us off with a ridiculous handling charge of £29 to £45 pound saying free express delivery if order over £100, but if you hit £160 we charge you £39 handling charge. But hey look here 20% discount you can have, but that's pointless because you have already added £39 extra fee, even customer service takes 3 days to reply and they are scripted answers.
