Oke- I can't see Boohoo waiting. I would think the FCA formal investigation into REVB from July 2021 to September 2022 will include a fair valuation for Medichem. So Boohoo will know they will get Medichem for a fair price.

Other businesses/private equity will know about Boohoo's stake in REVB. They will know from this Boohoo rate REVB so worth taking a look to see if REVB is worth buying.

Boohoo will know this too and won't want to hang around too long in case someone else snatches REVB from under their nose.

OKE - then there's the risk someone else comes in and buys REVB.

T4g - there is nothing in the relationship agreement about selling their shares. FCA can only apply fines. They can't make holders sell their shares. A Board can't make holders sell their shares.

Scb - this is how you learn by considering the downside as well as the upside.

For me, learning from others makes me a better investor.

I think Boohoo will want to buy REVB sooner rather than later. They won't want others sniffing around and getting in ahead of them.

T4g - no-one can make them sell their shares. Plus as Okehurst said it looks like they don't want nor need to sell their shares.
