Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm happy to learn from my mistakes.

My understanding is Mike Ashley had lost £180m In Debenhams when Debenhams was sold to private equity/hedgefund in about 2019. Then Debenhams went into administration in about 2020 and Mike Ashley wanted to buy Debenhams and keep the Debenhams Stores open. The FRP Administrators sold it to Boohoo. I would think Mike Ashley may think, if Boohoo hadn't entered the affray and made an offer to the administrators, then Mike Ashley would have been able to buy Debenhams and keep the stores open.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I don't think Mike Ashley will ever forgive Boohoo despite any administrator's decision.

Moodyrich23 - I think Boohoo stuffed Mike Ashley on the Debenhams purchase. Mahmud Kamani , Boohoo, and Mike Ashley likely to go loggerheads with each other. It may well be too personal.

There were only 6,827 REVB shares in the closing auction, i.e. UT. So not many shares in the closing auction today.

I think that's a good sign because it means more shares were picked up during the trading day with not many left to trade at the closing auction, the UT.

Looks like REVB closed at 28p.

Volume for Boohoo today is over 23m so may well be Mike Ashley adding more.

It looks to me like the Institutional Investors bought their REVB shares in the IPO.
