There aren't the buyers out there for Boohoo shares.

If there were, the share price would be going up and not going sideways and down.

Sadly, the momentum isn't there at present for Boohoo shares.

The founders own nearly 30%, Institutional Investors own nearly 30% and 10% owned by small private investors.

I think Boohoo need 75% of holders to agree to the REVB buyout share price.

None of the holders are going to let their REVB shares go cheap.

William Currie Group bought about 10m REVB shares at 30p each last week. This cost them about £3m.

Exactly Wolf - buying back shares by Boohoo makes no sense.

Ultrainvestor got carried away yesterday because the Boohoo share price went up a little bit from 2.30pm yesterday. I guess he was thinking Americans were buying in. Americans weren't buying Boohoo. It was Mike Ashley.

And when Mike Ashley stops buying, the Boohoo share buying stops and the Boohoo share price goes down again.

Pedro61 is right. The problem is when Mike Ashley stops buying, the share price goes down because there aren't the buyers out there to keep the share price going up.

An average gross profit margin of 60% for skincare is seen as healthy. For every £1 revenue 60p is gross profit.

There were nearly 40m Boohoo shares traded today. The share price went down. This means there were more people wanting to sell Boohoo shares than there were preple who wanted to buy them.

More looking to sell, share price goes down and vice versa.

Bill Currie, the founder of the William Currie Group, was a retail analyst for the likes of Barclays, Hoare Govett and others. Seemingly ,he won loads of awards for his retail analysis. He ended up as Managing Director before leaving to set up the William Currie Group.

William Currie Group has owned shares in the past in Boohoo, THG and Asos.

The William Currie Group bought 10m REVB shares last week at a cost of £3m.

Bill Currie must see REVB's growth potential.

For me, Boohoo prefer to own everything outright, so I can't see them not wanting to own REVB lock, stock and barrel.

I would think this was their game plan from the beginning. Hence why Boohoo keeps increasing their shareholding in REVB.

I think it's in the RNS so if you click on REVB Live RNS, you'll be able to read it there.

Off the top of my head he sold them at different prices, some at 30p and some at 32.6p. These were option shares he sold which meant they were free shares to him so everything he got was profit.

Bob Holt still holds about 2.4m REVB shares.

11.2 Relationship Agreement

On 13 July 2021, the Company entered into a relationship agreement (the “Relationship Agreement”) with the Founding Shareholders to regulate their relationship with the Company and to ensure that the Company, for so long as the Founding Shareholders (together with their respective associates and any persons deemed to be acting in concert with a Founding Shareholder) hold at least 20 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, is able to carry on its business and affairs independently of the Founding Shareholders and that the transactions entered into between the Company and the Founding Shareholders (or their associates) will be on an arm’s length and normal commercial basis following Admission.

Amongst other things the Relationship Agreement provides that each Founding Shareholder (so far as he is properly able to do so) shall procure that he (and his associates) shall

(a) ensure that no contract of arrangement between him and any member of the Group is entered into or varied without the unanimous approval of the independent directors

(b) not take any action that could reasonably be expected to have the effect of preventing the Company from complying with its obligations under the AIM Rules and

(c) not use his shareholding to requisition a general meeting of the Company for the purpose of proposing, or exercising any voting rights attaching to their shareholding to remove a director or amend the Articles in such a way as might reasonably be expected to adversely effect the independence of the Group.

It is obvious the Founders don't want nor need to sell their shares.
