I've got £12300 invested at 4.4p average. Don't see me blowing smoke up anyone's butt. As I seem to have twice as much invested here than you then I have a right to challenge what the BoDs tell us. You have that same right with only half as much invested. Why be satisfied with delays and proposals and intentions? You'll be forever a fiance and never a bride or groom.

No point attacking me or other posters with a viewpoint. Just post your own opinions and interpretations on the stuff the BoDs have told us. He realised the BoDs in another stock were fleecing investors by posting false info about how good things were when they weren't. Well at least Aleks doesn't say it is all good but these deals of MENA proposals and Ohrid are just words so far.

I still would like to see HUI come good in next couple of years, but right now I am pessimistic and may loose my £12300 here. I've lost way more elsewhere as I am crap at investing.

Timeline: when does OO deal completes? When do IET paying HUI anything? When do HUI get any form of revenue? Will there be a CLN or another cash raise?

I think spag bol has invested so much he is desperate for the price to go up so he can sell up. I already stated my holding and 4.4p average a couple of times in the last few weeks not that I need to. I am realistic, not here to pump a stock on BS proposals that con people to invest more money to help the sp rise and let pasta boy sell up.

If something happens to see HUI start getting a revenue stream this year and it pushes the sp above 4.4p then I'll be happy. But I aint gonna pump a company that has achieved nothing since IPO. Not to say that Aleks hasn't tried her damndest to open doors across the world to consider investing in a HUI plant. But I invested at IPO thinking it was a no brainer for COP26 people at the time to all want to get a HUI plant in their countries to appear to be helping to conquer climate change. Didn't happen. Heads of terms does not mean HUI have exclusivity in MENA yet. Optimistically it will happen by October. As for revenue..another couple of years maybe. Someone mentioned tgat HUI generated 100K last year. Wasn't that just a loan repayment where money had been leant to...

I don't attack any posters but Wordspaghetti is full of himself. What amazing responces have you had from the trustworthy, transparent directors? A timeline for completion of the OO deal? Nah! A timeline for revenue generation from anything? Nah! Getting bored of seeing the sp drop as you want to flip those million shares? If you are so confident they will suddenly pop up to 4p again in 3 months then what harm can little old penstocks do by pointing out the obvious facts tgat this is a loss making company that continues to make a loss and has given up on Europe having wasted so much money trying to open doors. Seems all those linkedin posts that just talk about plastic waste being so bad are a waste of time. May as well throw orange paint on the RNS as nobody takes notice of them either.

Until HUI have money coming in (not including the loan repayments) then HUI are operating at a loss despite low staff wages. Howard must be sat grinning as the owner of a cannabis farm dangling a carrot of 49% OO shares whilst also acting as a director of HUI and constantly extending the deadline for his OO pre-IPO. They must be all smoking some of that banjo harvest.

Really thought this would be 1.2p by end of the week especially after the elusive CEO appeared on Tgm with no answers regarding the OO deal that has reached 19 months without completion and thus no potential dividend income here. Running on fumes that get you high and cause paranoia that it is a big scam.

At 1.35p I guess many others are questioning if any money will be coming to HUI this financial year other than by selling more new shares or a CLN. Even if the OO deal completes I envisage all potential OO dividends will just be poured back into OO to build more greenhouses with no handout from Howard to pay HUI's staff. Can't see IET paying HUI anything this decade. So another year operating at a loss or with >400M shares.

HUI have only signed a heads of terms agreement: a preliminary document outlining the key terms of a proposed commercial agreement. They are used before a formal, legally binding contract is created to capture what has been agreed upon during initial negotiations. Not intended to be legally binding. Could all go pear shaped and nowt to stop Plagazi stealing that magical carpet we are stood on. That cheap one for £250K that is already thread bare with pretty much everything literally riding on it unless Howard pulls us in with his hemp rope to save the day by giving HUI 49% of his growing ops.

Hydroponics Utopia, invest in plastic2hydrogen and end up with half a cannabis factory instead...although that option is only being 'exercised' but not completed yet. Not so imminent after all.

Really nothing to be excited about here yet and I do see it dropping to 1.2p very soon. I'll stupidly top up again if it drops lower than that as am still at 4.4p average and naively think the OO 49M:49% deal will complete by the end of 2025 making HUI worth nearer 4p. Gotta admit that I have zero clue on what HUI are expected to do for IET to get a landlord fee by putting nothing in to each site of our own other than the £250K from a recent raise. How long till a CLN is required?

Exactly so I don't know why you have got your back up and throwing insults. It's just a game if you are a lth with no news. I don't trust anything Directors of any company say as clearly there is no regulation against them putting out fake news ( a la Bens Creek) just to raise the sp and con large investors to do a CLN. I despise traders especially day traders who just want to pump a sp with no factual news so they can sell and then return when the news of any proposed action doesn't materialise. Not calling you a trader btw. Just that if you hold for, in effect, a 'long' then there is no point getting upset with folk like me posting banter on an open chat group tgat perhaps management might gauge a sense of disparity from.

Just want Howard or Aleks to come forward and say "pre-IPO completion date will be on the *th month 2025. The 49% deal will follow that and target date for completion is *th 2025. We would also like to inform that..."

And I did disclose just a couple of days ago that I hold £12300 with average price 4.4p. Only time I sold was April last year when I bed&ISA'd my £10K of IPO at 8.5p. Shoulda just sold at 1p profit n waited a year to buy back but had no crystal ball, although in hindsight the writing was on the wall if you understand Polish or Greek. I did top up with £2300 at just over 1p to drop average to 4.4p which looked a good move especially rising on MENA news. The placing news dropped it back to where it is now. Musta been something else other than the placing to cause the 50% drop. Is it just the wait for OO deal and their delayed pre IPO completing?

Got any positives to give us optimism here WS? Something factual that doesn't include the words 'propose to; intend to; option; imminent; reverse take over'? Something that implies HUI will generate revenue in 6 months? 12 months or 24 months? Am holding for another 8 years or until bust. Prefer it to be well over 15p within those 8 years so I can sell to pay my lad's uni fees (if he chooses that path) and to convert warrants assuming they will still be valid.

If no positive factual news then all we are doing on this board is just fun n games wondering why deals that are being exercised are not being completed.

Powerhouse will pay Noage £50,000 on entering the agreement and the latter will also receive a number of success fees as specified milestones are completed, totalling up to £1.725m for a fully implemented project.

Is that a similar arrangement that HUI have with InEnTech? Will PHE's news in Ballymena have a positive effect on HUI?

Hydrogen Utopia sells shares to fund tech patents for MENA projects. The future facilities are expected to reach commercial operation within a projected timeframe of less than 24 months. So the 'imminent" news in 2027?

Got 2 years to play games with Jarvis and hope the deal with Ohrid completes soon or another raise will be needed to keep the low energy bulbs flickering whilst we wait to become Hydroponics Utopia.

Got nowt to ramp about. Facts are that the OO pre-IPO that was due to complete in April according to Howard got delayed to May by the OO linkedin admin. It is now the end of June and still not completed apparently. Certainly no RNS to say so.

Fact is the deal to swap 49% of OO for 49M HUI shares was approved back end of 2023 but still not completed so HUI own nowt.

Fact is you traded tge share for profit, well done, but you bought back in low and want it to go up on zero news so you can trade again but penstocks is putting facts in the way to scupper your plan. All being well, HUI will release positive news that sees the sp rises and not release subsequent news of further placings/CLN so that the sp holds. Bad news for you if you sell then and it doesn't drop again. I want HUI to do well but right now, it ain't, it simply ain't.

....unless you buy at 1.7p and sell at 3.3p

Last day of June and still not news on OO pre-IPO completing or that they are so profitable now tgat Howard is happy to complete giving away 49% of his '£20-40M company' for 49M shares in a 1.5p per share stock that generates zero revenue.

HUI is having to pay the estate agent to get the job as Landlord to manage 10 properties? Strange setup that. Who is putting money on the smartmeter?

Just fkn with you panman. LSE comments are just banter. They don't affect the sp. People researching and choosing to buy or sell do that along with a bit of MM horseplay. Good to see it seems to have found a base price now but it is deeper than an Iranian power plant right now.

If research or leaky bits show positive things happening I'll be sure to report those here too. But just like AGM week last year, nothing has changed. What has changed since June 2024 is further losses, a huge drop in sp, dilution/raise and still just mentioning they have approved the Ohrid 49:49 deal...but still not completed it.

HUI said they would be investing in OO too. But they haven't done so nor have they indicated any timeline on doing so. Just seems a scam at the moment. Will continue to loose money and dilute until such time that HUI complete the OO deal (assuming OO is profitable and doesn't have another bad crop). What is that £250K gonna kick start? When will HUI get any return on it? Another 12 months ahead paying 6 wages and only getting £100K incoming as a loan repayment.

No sense of optimism in today's RNS. Imminent news didn't happen. Did anyone actually go to the AGM and ask questions today? Only the £5 schoolkids traded today. No AGM news convinced anyone to load up or sell.

C'mon Aleks and Howard, give us some current news about the 18month time lapsed deal or indication that HUI will get some income this year or dividends from OO.
