The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
I hope so as still in with a small holding, but I don’t think so.
Don’t think we’ll see a 2021 10 bag here like we did in 16/17.
Not sure if we did get a “1” trade, but happy to get a red dot instead.
Not sure we’ve seen this much volume shift since last September, half expecting a “1” trade to pop up for the believers?
Hi Bonker, good to hear you’re well and in here. There have been a few ups and downs here over the last few years, but hope that 2021 will be a good year.
I also liked that their journalists (2k +) would soon be doing much of the editing themselves (on a 2mb connection) presumably from their smartphones, tablets or laptops. IMO the demo was simple but very effective
That’s good to hear, I couldn’t get this next leg to be below 960 so wasn’t sure where 939 came from :)
Is it midnight GMT that the ASX opens in Aus?
Anyone else spotted the ITV adverts stating they commit to Net Zero carbon emissions by 2030? Come on BIRD, are we part of this?
Although my broker is currently showing/listing these at 30p.
Pity they won’t let me cash out at that price. :)
Quiet on here today.
Great to see another nomination for Blackbird.
The Broadcast Tech Awards 2020 have shortlisted Blackbird in their 'Best Use of Remote Production' category.
Surely volume of trades not number that matters. Still plenty of upside here IMO. and not just the Sharetalk 30p plus in the longer term (although I’d be surprised if there was a buyout anytime soon).
Ok so that’s “a“target, but it’s very short term and the real target here has to be well North of 6.75p
Interesting that all the buys are just below the mid price (mine included) which means they can report this as a sell and currently showing all trading as 100% sell. Would suggest anything around 1.85 is a buy which would put a different complexion on the numbers this morning.
Hopefully back up to the 2018 high of 12p and at that stage we still only have an Mcap of £16m.
But in the meantime between now and 2021 has anyone got any technicals that point in a different direction other than a retest of the 1 month low of around £1?
for those suggesting a re-rate, with the MCap now at £80m +, what level of revenue do you expect to see in the 2020 -21 accounts next year to support e.g. a 50% increase in the share price from here? and is it doable?
Absolutely YorkshireCat, still trading below where we were in 2017. Deals for deals sake, if there not turning a profit what’s the point.
Back in March 2018 there was a big play on the number of hours video processed “ Blackbird has processed over 8 million hours of professional video content using Forbidden's patented Blackbird codec“.
I wonder what this number would ok like today? Anyone know?
GoldenBull, when you say “my report” this morning, the exact wording is all over the press like a well ... press release. Are you the original author?
Or is that just to take it off the Risers board? LOL
