You certainly wouldn’t make money as a bookmaker, lol!
Ah Dai,
Reminds me of a Father Ted episode…

If I were to hazard a guess, I’d say corrupt wombs!
Another post, another £.
Where were you during first drill, when SP was 25p+
Tidy profits could have been made by many if only we’d been privy to your pearls of wisdom, blah, blah, blah.
Now feck off back to whatever board you were torturing before.
Never in doubt. We’d know fairly quickly if it’s not.
Would seem that ColonPP is getting paid by the post.
Not sure if many regular posters can actually see what drivel he’s posting, as I’m sure he’s been filtered more times than he’s posted!!
They were mine today - moving from Trad acc to ISA
3750 posts and you don’t know what you’re looking for. Maybe the delete account button could be of use!
So the UK media are happy to say Omicron is nothing to worry about after the data analysis of 100 infected patients, yet SNG wasn’t worthy of EUA after a very impressive set of data from a P2 trial of 100 patients & the rest that’s followed?!
God Bless America!
You must be on the good stuff tonight Trek!
Enjoy!!
“ It would be nice to know if possible when the next yoyo time is.”
JaysusJimmy, that’s something we’d all like to know!!
Fair play Trek.
Expecting to see you on the Beeb soon showcasing your skills!
ATB & go low!
No caveats
PF!
What tipple you sampling tonight Trek?
Always enjoy reading your posts, esp the out of trading hours! How the golf game? Must be getting close to sub-70?
Thing is Trek, you seem to do your research very diligently. Many do not! Onc is a prime example!
I certainly don’t do it to the level you do. I tend look for disrupters based on observing the world we live in.
Though I did ask the better half (a Pharmacist in Oncology) to review a few stocks and she was most excited about Onc & 4D and had heard of Faron quite a bit. She did say that Roche appear to have quite a few promising things in the pipeline too. Haven’t joined the Onc journey yet but did profit from 4D.
Pleasure chatting. Looking forward to the next stage of HE1 journey.

If the fundamentals are good Noob, patience will prevail.
If not, then outcome is likely as you say.
And to offer a non-Warren Buffet quote, gotta know “when to hold em and when to fold em!”

I’m with you NF, both on the ARB experience and in the sharing of tips and knowledge, rather than the mindless ramping that can also happen with some shares which results in many novices getting spiked!
I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the sharing of info by another BB member. So I welcome it at times when not much is happening in the way of news flow. At the end of the day, simple economics would suggest the more a share is in demand, the higher the price will be, even in the Wild West of AIM!
I would describe myself as a patient panicker on a 90/10 basis. If price spikes, short term panic kicks in, then the calm patient part of me takes a breath, reviews the situation, and makes a calculated decision. Similar when a price drops significantly. Have experienced several volatile shares in the last year including NCYT, SNG & ARB. The panicker kicks in, then the patient side follows, all while trying to minimise the Irish mindset in me of ‘ah sure feck it, it’ll be grand!’
I’ve experienced the lows of being made redundant, maxed overdraft and credit cards to survive but was fortunate enough to start my own business and haven’t looked back. I believe we all face adversity in different ways but how we deal with it defines us.
If you are invested in a company for a specific reason with a target sell price, and the fundamentals haven’t changed, then hold until your endgame. Be patient and strong esp when negative short term price movements suggest someone else knows something you don’t.
I’m here with an exit strategy of retiring early and happy to take the risks to do so. We’re only here for a short time and I intend to make it a good time.
GLA!
I should add that I feel both outcomes are unlikely!
I’d take a duster over an England win (smiley face)
Have had similar thoughts Jonesy.
He’s either one of the greatest CEO’s or the Keyser Söze of AIM!
Here’s to the former!!
