I like Anthony Chow's analogy linking investment in ANIC's portfolio companies with the investment in rewables as part of the energy transition.
Overall, looks like the media promotion is being ramped up to help close the NAV gap plus drive a few Xmas share tips for 2024.

According to:
https://www.ukpetfood.org/information-centre/statistics.html
The UK pet food market is worth £3.8bn - Dogs £1.84bn and Cats £1.42bn
The UK pet food market is worth £3.8bn - Dogs £1.84bn and Cats £1.43bn.
Take a 5% market share and Meatly will generates sales of around £190m - I see with the rebranding to Meatly food will be produced for both cats and dogs, not just dogs.
I believe there will be significant media coverage on launch - the British love of pets + futuristic meat production is gold dust.
Putting on my rose tinted spectacles I'm looking forward to the day when the combied worth of Meatly and Liberation Labs is equal to or in excess of ANIC's current market cap - the rest will be in for a free carry.
Come on Jim you can do it.

Hi,
a recent article has suggested that a recent secondary share sale in the private market implied a nearly $150 billion valuation recently for SpaceX, while Ron Baron, an early investor in both Tesla and SpaceX, has suggested that SpaceX could be worth around $500 or $600bn by 2030. See link:

Does anybody know what % EWI holds in SpaceX share capital?
thanks

On the Dynasty websiye it has a brief bio of Dynasty's Chrispin Tristram.
It goes on to say that Dunia Games under his leadership had annual revenue of more than $500M USD per annum.
Has anybody been able to verify this?
I believe Dunia Games was sold by Chrispin Tristram before he set-up Dynasty.
thanks

Thanks for the link.
Does anybody have a view of the director shareholdings in SMD - personally, I would have thought that the senior executives would have held a more significant % of the company's shares? Or have I missed something?

Renold has been tipped in the Mail on Sunday's Midas column.
Hi all,
from a Dynasty perspective the key news for me is that for a significant amount of time they have not required any extra funding - reinforcing the point that they are self sufficient and hopefully profitable. Unless, of course, they have such a low cost model that they are still using the previous capital raise for everyday cost funding.

We’d like to provide you with an update following the takeover of NM Inc (Napster Music Inc) by Algorand Holdco I Inc.
As part of the takeover holders have received:
USD6.065854 per NM Inc share (paid to you in May 2022), and
A payment of Napster crypto tokens.
The Napster tokens were issued at the end of March 2023 and are being held by Napster Innovation Foundation, an organisation formed to distribute them. The tokens have an initial lock up period of 12 months from 31 March 2023, which means these tokens can’t be transferred, traded or valued right now. Additionally, Hargreaves Lansdown can’t hold crypto tokens on our platform.
Napster Innovation Foundation is currently investigating options for token holders, including platforms like HL that cannot hold the tokens.
The original terms of the takeover also mentioned a potential additional cash payment. Napster Innovation Foundation have said the amount and timeframe for the payment can’t be confirmed yet.
When we hear more, we’ll update you but we can’t give a timeframe for when this will be.
Yours sincerely
