UK recorded music market up 7.5%, hits 114 billion streams in 2019 - perhaps this will help oil the wheels so we MVR can launch in the far east.

and how long has Amazin Prime be around?
Fortunately, all the major record companies can have a stake in MVR via warrants and more attractive royalty deals than with YT. In the future what platform would record companies prefer to deal with?
Perhaps JD's confidence in hitting the £5m revenue target was part of the agreement with Dentu Aegis Network.
Dentu is active in 60 markets global - if each market generated revenue of £84,000 the £5m target would be exceeded with ease. Overall some could contribute less and some more - food for thought.

At this rate the eps will be equal to the share price soon.
Does anybody have a view to how much ARB might pay out in a divi after setting aside further funds for investment?
perhaps 'live events' can be provided by all mobile network providers, while access to the library etc is only through O2
I don't believe Newcastle is one of the O2 5G launch areas.
The areas covered are Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh, London, Slough and Leeds I'm assuming this is where the instore promotional work will be in action. Currently, O2's focus has been on its England Rugby sponsorship. This will now stop with the end of the world cup and I'm assuming an Xmas promotional campaign will follow.
looks like its a promo video for new content on the app

The John Gore option details appear in the RNS on 7 June:
JGO will also receive an option to subscribe for the equivalent of $10 million of new Ordinary Shares at a price to be determined at the time of exercise which would value the Company's issued equity share capital at approximately £220 million. The exercise period for this option will expire on 31 December 2019 at which time it will automatically lapse if not exercised.
So using an example figure of £9 pcm + 1m subscribers (in markets where MVR is active) would generate revenue of £119m.
This is before factoring in live shows & JG's shows.
It would also be great if Japan was a live market before the subscription launch.
Does MVR have enough content - we often to hear that 600+ shows have been recorded - so yes.
In years to come some of these concerts will have 'a value' with re-occurring revenue attached to them.
Early days.
Does anybody have any ideas on the pricing for a subscription package & possible numbers of people subscribing?
My opinion is that the subscription model is a stepping stone to pay-per-view live concerts.
Hi all,
Looking back at the RNS relating to John Gore's strategic alliance with EVRH it states:
'JGO will also receive an option to subscribe for the equivalent of $10 million of new Ordinary Shares at a price to be determined at the time of exercise which would value the Company's issued equity share capital at approximately £220 million. The exercise period for this option will expire on 31 December 2019 at which time it will automatically lapse if not exercised.'
The £220m capitalisation is significantly ahead of today's figure. So has the news which will drive this increase already happened without having the necessary impact or is it still to happen?
For those haven't seen it:

Personally, I view the data from GMA show as being commercially sensitive.
MVR know there would be considerable commercial interest in the show, in particular the viewing stats.
The RNS was probably constructed to provide just enough info to sign-off the event and move on without giving anything away.
I'm confident the dots will all be connected in time.
Fortunately, I'm also confident there will be no problems when say 500,000 paying customers watch a live stream instead of millions FOC.
We will see.
Hi,
Anic hasa 2% stake in BlueNalu - see RNS announcemnts from last year.
