My relief is that I am younger then AB:-)

I think great things will happen here over next 18 months if oil climbs above 50.
Risk goes down and more people will see the potential.
I am no finance expert or know how AB thinks. But, how I imagine it...
RCF gone in 2021.
Bonds 2023 will be refinanced into 2-3 parts. One for long term without amortisation and another to allow continue pay down.

Maybe Kraken is already in the maintenance window.
And I think in future less problems will hit Enq running only at best fields.

About the opex guidance from Enq I have big confidence, think the last years they usually stick to it or even below.

2022 must be the year!
Assume this year and most of next year will be allocated to pay down the RCF.

2022 at 55k and 60 oil should give a cashflow of approx 600m before capex.

Let’s assume Bressay will cost 1b to develop and Enq share is 400 m over couple of years.

Slicing the 600 m in 4 equal pots roughly.
Capex old fields
Capex Bressay
Debt reduction
Dividend

Doubt Bressay will be go ahead until oil is 60+ and hedges in place.

How does that sound?
To me it looks about right and company still growing and gets stronger even with dividend.

Already at current oil price next year will make 30m/month, so I don’t see any reason ask for equity from shareholders.
Would be stupid ask for another 100m then.
And first they should ask AB and hedge guy for contribution. Lol

There OPEC update this evening and they say demand in Q4 2020 will be at same level at pre corona.

It’s much earlier then any other assumptions I seen.

Meanwhile in a another world it looks like everyone will buy 2 Tesla each.
Up 760% in one year and valued more then all other big car makers together

I hope someone questioning their hedge policy. When reducing hedges and horizon when oil prices are good for company and shareholders.

L3, probably we will see 70 at some point next year.
But I think we will see 100 also in next years.
If demand returns to 100/year or more I can’t see how supply will be there in the next years.
