Comparing the deals with high oil price assumption.
Kraken+Catcher 20k = 460+125m
GE 10k = 325+50m

Even if K+C looks slighly cheaper, think we should be happy with GE and not putting even more eggs in Kraken and with the development of Bressey.
GE we will pay down within around half year after completion with Enq total FCF.

China's exports have gained new air under their wings. For January and February, exports increased by 60.6 percent compared with the same period last year.

Pre corona we had 30p with debt reduction it should equal about 40p now.
Also pre corona the outlook was to be able repay all debt in about 3 years.
Now it looks like about 2 years with 70 oil.

So it’s a stronger company now.

Since Nov range of 12-13p we now increased Mcap with approx 300m usd.
During Nov-March 5 months I estimate FCF to around 200m
So EV value only increased 100m or approx 6% during a time oil going from 40 to 70 usd.
