FCF = (72-32)x17,3= 692m

L3, they never stated 75% hedging last years.
They have allowance or ability to do so.
It’s a difference.

What’s your rolling 12 months FCF with GE online?
72 oil and capex 120m , opex 15/barrel.
Let me also know what production you estimate for these 12 months when GE online

GKB, the SP development is similar with others.
Last days I read two news.
Noble foundation selling out 50m oil shares. Not a lot money but this trend been there last years from all kind of funds etc.
Second news, Greenpeace going hard on Lundin Energy for becoming carbon neutral with sun and wind. It’s not enough for them.

Should world stop production and billions of people will starve to death?

All these negative and no one would dare to invest in big oil project with long lead time.
In my opinion it will lead to energy crisis within 2 years.

Money will come out of this one way or other I believe.

SIPP, net debt 600-700m is only 9-12 months away with these oil prices

Please check it GKB on the remaining assets only.

L3, I certainly hope so that they hedge more at 75 if you have pending requirements to hedge.
We already saw in prospect that they hedge in 9 months horizon now. That’s more then last years.
Step by step increase hedge is what I think

L3, I am not to worried about oil prices.
But I do hope they put more hedge at 75.
Better safe then sorry!

Only worry is that I need keep an eye on SP at these levels because mini Long will be executed at around 18p.

But I trust if we even get close to 19p AB will call for press conference saying he bought EP himself for 200-300m.
Or he will run out of investors soon. Lol

I contacted Barclays and Jefferies about the upgrades.
Asked if they could share some assumptions and details.
Got reply from Jefferies now.
He is only allowed send further details to institutional investor clients due to compliance rules.

I think it’s bit poor just get these SP targets without even a link to oil price and FCF etc

KO, think you need wait few more days until AB picked up the leftovers from the OO

I checked marketscreener and there more frequent update on Enq numbers now.
Compared little with TLW.
They have double debt and FCF 21/22/23 of 700m and ENQ FCF 1300m same period.
I just hope AB have hedged more volumes so we safely can smash down around half our debt in 1 year.
That got to be rewarded one day

KO, my view is completely opposite.
Your adding less supply than demand increase.
And over 6-12 months running out of spare capacity in world.
I would give it 10% chance you see 100 already this year. And 50%+ over 2 years

1. The new RBL have not been taken up yet
2. When new RBL is taken up they will need hedge accordingly up to 2-3 year horizon.
3. RBL will sweep all FCF regardless of the amortisation schedule?
