Morning E, I am not sure. It’s big foreign banks buying today. Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Bofa. I doubt any Swedish retail investors use these. Avanza , are selling. It’s the most Swedish retail investor bank.

Dumbly, In my opinion AB keept information tight and downplayed things during H1 to get the OO done at a fairly low price. Think we will see a difference in H2. And EP is one piece of that
Of course that note about dividend have always been there. And will be there until changed. And honestly I don’t care much because with these oil prices Enquest will pile up a euphoric amount of cash
I agree this deal become super great. I remember with Magnus deal I said it was a game changer getting that FCF. This deal is like 2xMagnus at roughly same price.
Without these two deals there would not be much Enquest now.
Hope we can get a Moodys update soon or some analysts. Moodys made good update with the Magnus deal.
MRC, what would those risks be that market see different now? If you compare couple of years ago EV 2,5b and now 1,6 or something with a lower debt and higher FCF.
I get it funds don’t buying oil companies and most private investors also stay away due to media and there other hot sectors.
At the same time I see Lundin Energy and Tethys oil having fairly normal valuations. Probably partly due to dividend.
Are the risks here company specific? I don’t see them
