Nice buying the bonds Romaron, I would do the same to take up OO with bonds if I had.
Don’t know if the bonds easy accessible for Swedish investors.
Anyway they less and less interesting

I will not take up any OO now but have bought 40% mini Long compared to my share holdings.
And early next year I will put up the difference in cash and convert to shares.

Lol this AB is unreasonable. We to far away on the price. He says 4b based on 5 year FCF.

Maybe do a GE deal with AB for the whole Enquest.
600m and start date 1 July and deal closing in 9 months. FCF will be deducted from price tag.

I think there still maybe 5m Opec holding back.
But with increased demand and natural declines that capacity might be very small in Q4.
It sure looks good for continued higher prices but I would not bet 100% on it.

KO, SP is up 20% last month and looks like it will bounce up from this low point

KO, I am sure those 800m will lift Enquest even without dividend.

Basically we can say Enquest are in the position they want to be now. Debt / EBITDA around 1 based on projections. To look backwards is no point.
On top of this I have an FCF estimate of around 800m per year.
Very happy if they continue increase hedging to increase the probability of securing this FCF.
Yes oil prices can go even higher but they can then still increase hedge more.
Doing this will also fast forward a dividend decision.
