Yes, I also get around 75k without Thistle.
July/Aug was much lower but still get an avarage around 70k H2.
Fix Thistle and we should be in 75-80k range

In my opinion a good update in Nov should drive updates from analysts SP targets.
Another 75 mill reduced debt until end Oct.

Opex 20 usd per barrel
Capex below 150 mill

Remember analysts expected this year not to be able make ends meet.

At this stage, it is too early to put a definitive timeline on this as there are a number of steps needed (further inspection, issue a tender, agree a removal method and commercial terms with a provider, get them offshore to undertakethe work etc.). As you may have read – it is unlikely to be just a few days/weeks shutdown as a result.

As background, production at Thistle is c5,000 Boepd and as such, even if shut down for the remainder of the year, is immaterial in the context of our FY production guidance (which remains unchanged, as does all our guidance). As theimpact on 2019 doesn’t change guidance, there was no requirement to issue any regulatory announcements etc. We anticipate the cost of the remediation will be classed as Abex and as such, the prior owners will be liable for the vast majority of the spend (ourshare would 6.3%).

The Group had $180.1 million of cash and cash equivalents and $1,637.9 million of net debt

$248.5 million, including ring-fenced accounts associated with Magnus, the Oz Management facility and other joint
venture accounts totalling $79.1 million.

Page 7.
They use the 180,1 mill to calculate same net debt of 1637,9 mill

I see in H1 report.

Cash and net debt
The Group had $180.1 million of cash and cash equivalents and $1,637.9 million of net debt,

Under going cocern area:
At 30 June 2019, the Group had total cash and available facilities of
$248.5 million, including ring-fenced accounts associated with Magnus, the Oz Management facility and other joint
venture accounts totalling $79.1 million.

The difference 248,5-180,1= 68,4 so not equal to the 79,1 and dont know why

For calculating net debt they used the 180,1
Does it mean H1 performed 70-ish million more in FCF?
Will it continue off-balance through H2?
And at year end they re-set balance and Enq can use the including-ring fenced accounts?

Looking back at Full year report, both acounts was 309 mill.

Future sounds good, both you and HMH possitive and without mention IMO 2020.

I cant get my head around such company like QEP valuation compared to ENQ even if I am not into details.
Not sure how good numbers are updated here but EBITDA just around 200 mill more then capex.
And then they should pay interest, reduce debt, pay dividend. All this on the small left over.
At least they sold the Jet, as Hitman mention:-)

Enq is miles better with a lower valuation!

If I were them in US I would cut capex completely and try buy a Enq.
600 mill capex and Enq marketcap 400 mill.

I also cant get my head around Enq valuation with an massive FCF 2020 knocking on the door.
Hopefully analysts and others get wiser on capital market day about the future in Enq.

Either the world is crazy or my head:-)
But I am not selling a single share here and hope future dividends will be in the region of 1to 4 swedish sallaries

But they still have an higher valuation then ENQ and now give dividend also

And get 700 mill
I have 50+50 more on opex/capex and BP

There is a lot buffer for lower prod or oil prices.
