SP might be a bargain of your life time.
I think with all lower oil investments during last years and and a pontential collapse of shale.
In 1-3 years we might have an situation there supply cant meet demand.
Oil prices will go high, alternative energys will increase but that wont be enough to settle total energy demand.
Oil sector might be considered dirty and hated now but where there is a lot money to make investors will still come in.

Next year at 60 oil we will make more FCF then Marketcap. How crazy is that?

Yeah, i also see some comfort in current SP. Seems we drop less on a bad oil day.
Even just grinding down debt I see it as an old fashion weight scale.
At some point future cashflow will out-pass the risks.

About a Magnus deal, I don’t agree.
There is still a trend and profit.
Majors want to get out of small North Sea fields and Enq can make a bigger profit for both with cutting opex and extend life.

Shale will interesting follow, I doubt we will ever see these huge production increases again 1-2 mill per year.

US China trade deal, I didn’t hear much lately. Are there meeting next week?
Guess Trump gets more and more eager get it done and paint it as the best deal ever made in world.

Number 3, another Magnus deal could be likely with these lower oil prices.
No cash upfront , remember when they did last one.

If Kraken now doing 50k and can do so couple of years including western flank and further expansion.
20% farmout 10k prod = 150 mill/year FCF. Maybe could give multiple 5 so around 700 mill.
And if grind down debt another 300 mill next 6 months.
Could possible reduce debt to 500 mill only in 6 months and still have an prod of 60k.

That would be an game changer.
And they could spin of doing more Magnus deals, and lower opex on those fields.

yeah, its very relaxed.
Prod should be around 75k ( 27 mill/year)

Cost
Interest/leasing 200 mill
Capex 150 mill
BP 100 mill

450 mill / 27 = 17 usd
+ opex 20 so total 37 usd breakeven FCF roughly

Including the 66 hedge and current price they should get 60 something
20x75k = 1,5 mill/day FCF

Q4 should basically clear the schedule amortisation 1 April 120 mill
Lets hope they did the hedge too so we can do even more safely.

I really hope they taken our advise and increased hedging the days after attacks
