Yes, I understood it was about the share buying.
I think it’s for his personal gain or secure above 10% to fight of potential hostile bid.

I find it strange no analyst or media come with some analyse for almost 1 year.
Just target 15-20p sell. no numbers.
I compared number of updates on HL site with PMO and Cairn also.
No one care about the 1b EBITDA Enq yet.

I admire AB taken us through these years
and all the operational performance we see now.

I am sure things will change now

I have quite a opposite opinion, downplayed guidance through out the year and made the few analysts confused.
And they now don’t care much about Enq.

I never say 3 mill shares, bit more then half if included family.

I have around 150 mill FCF H2.
But maybe 50 mill more if opex/capex comes in below and if they managed hedge after saudi attacks.
For opex I put in the 24 usd/barrel in H2 and it might be too much if they now doing 75-80k Sept-Dec.

"if" they can do 1,5 b FCF in 2-3 years I expect the re-valuation to take place during the next 12-18 months.
Not in the last 12-18 months.
So this can go fast once started!

And best thing is probably that Enq dont pay tax and we swedish only pay this 5% UK tax.

Dont know if it will come in under again
Think I put in 78k Sept-Dec today, should be safe in 75-80k range

Yeah 2018/19 ups and downs swings.
2018 we didn’t manage schedule amortisations.
2019 we managed it with FCF and last month of this year we will do a big part of the 120 mill in April also. But it was a tight and heavy year.
2020 should do FCF 500-700 mill without any schedule amortisations.

I will expect a re-rate in SP once Enq confirm 2020 guidance with higher production and lower cost.
