Squif, i dont agree that institutions stay clear from owner led companies.
There several companies quite the opposite in Sweden in different sectors.
And you already have many institutional owners longtime in Enq.

We just need some updates on estimates from banks or Moody’s and SP targets.
Think HMH and some other on Swedish forum estimated PE below 1 next year.
This will fly one day in next half year that’s all I know. With or without institutionals help of buying shares

I think we doing around 50 mill/month since October and at next update Feb/March analysts can confirm this both backward and compute new figures forward.
And debt will already be below 1400 mill by that time and no scheduled repayment stress

I got email from AliasKent also with factset consensus numbers with quite similar to marketscreener numbers

I think we will beat the highest of these estimates easy with oil around 60.

The 25% vendor load is already wiped clean since around Sept.
The 75% vendor loan sits at around 80-90 mill now and amortization of 20 mill/year.
If I got it correct it was discussions to maybe wipe it clean earlier also, maybe end 2020 or 2021

Of the debt reduction approx 300 mill this year, approx half of it comes from the 75% Magnus deal.
I would pay 100 mill for it every day.
And it keeps coming 100-150 mill every year.

But AB should have somehow given some overall future projections that the market could pick up on.

The only concensus figures I have is at marketscreener page, I looked at these numbers the last years.
Before they pretty ok, and once updated SP followed up or down.
Now figures seems completely wrong, in my opinion.
That Enq already past the production peak and EBITDA 905 mill in 2019 and a drop to 840 and 720 following years.
I amagine more like 1b 2019 and stable forward, or slightly more 2020.
It makes a complete difference for valuation
