Think EGM will be rejected

Can't see that the institutions such as Hendersons will vote for this. At the last EGM the motion was nearly rejected. It seems that institutions voted FOR last EGM - but why would they vote this time when they will lose everything. Now if EGM is rejected then the company will go into liquidation. However this is time consuming to get the assets sold. Maybe the related party will put in a low bid?

About sale of plots. They have never revealed that in an RNS before..

They would not have lied about being in discussions with new nomad - think it is delayed due to mandatory checks on foreign directors - worth a punt I would say.

It's hard to tell... However they did say they were in discussions with an alternative nomad. However it does take time to get another one for foreign companies - maybe it is the due diligence on foreign directors that is delaying a new nomad.
