I get 1.05 as NAV if other two plots of revalued to price recent plot sold as.

Guys I would email the board Alootah at lootahgroup.com I would like to know whether there will be a share buyback vs a dividend. Also can the shares be repriced in GBP which would enable more people to buy the shares without phoning up.

When the dividend or share buyback is announced this will fly again to new heights. Happy to hold for now.

Apologies to whoever wrote the article. I meant to point out some other things about the companymaybe not mentioned in the article.

Whoever wrote that article doesn't understand the company. Firstly the directors also run the Lootah group. It is a massive and reputable company in Dubai. Is there a risk of delisting and the board diluting shareholders? No chance as the articles of association state that any share issuances must be done at current NAV.

So you buy now at 0.3 and you get free shares!

By the end of the day it will be up. Lots of people will top up on the dips. They have 8 million in cash which is current MC to distribute.

What information do you want on the other plots? They had roughly the same book value each of the plots. We can assume that they are the same value ( because they are the same size and next to each other). Why have the other plots not been sold? I guess that when the first plot is developed then other plots undeveloped will increase in value.

If the remains plots are revalued at price that the first plot has been sold at them the NAV is 1.05. We are trading at 0.30!

It's impatient sellers. The swing in the last few days has caused me a paper loss of 4,000 pounds. Really don't care because if it goes even lower will buy more. Patience is key with funds shares on AIM like this.

I think the problem is not that it was a 50% premium to current share price but that it the placing was to be a lot higher than it actually was. There is a lot of distrust with what Olisol and Pope will do with the company. Risk of them taking it private. I hope it turns out well!

Well here is an idea... Directors only hold 10%... Can we get enough private investors who own more than 10%...? We could just persuade the board to sell up and distribute all the dosh to shareholders..
