Yes they will issue a large number of shares.. but I think the valuation of the shell holders will be favourable as the CEO owns a lot of shares in the company. Lego is huge brand asset.. biggest in the world..

Absolutely no free float... did you know genex who hold 50% are untraced shareholders.. actually look on wiki leaks and it has been liquidated the company.

Wonder if the board now have a short list for projects... cash of 2m pounds plus shell value.. market cap of 1.2m.. should be at nearly 10p+ !!

It doesn't have much debt.. they could put all the subsidiaries into liquidation.. also think they are owed a vat refund.. it would be a clean sweep of the board and a new team.. sure the significant shareholders would not let this shell go to waste.

As per conroy website they have 11.013m shares in issuance... so that's roughly a 1.3m market cap.

Okenia.. do not get fooled by the number of shares in issuance on the lse.. it is wrong.. nearly double that amount!

Naughty rns talking about 200m euro pontential revenue.. well FIPP only own 5% of company that is mentioned in rns.. so that's a share to them max of 10m..
