Mannan - placing can only occur at 1p nominal or greater else they will call a GM.. they last placed way higher.. 6p I think.. they have had supportive loans and I am reading that this will continue. So in my opinion talk of placing is premature. Some claiming on twitter they are going down the death spiral financing route.. again this is rather premature..

Riddler suggestIng dilutive financing coming.. well that's not so sure.. they haven't placed for a long time. Compare Mira to STaR.. riddler is a big fan of star. It is a serial diluter.. I am watching MIRA to buy for a punt.

For example the new tr1 guy has shares worth around 5 grand at 0.005. Not that much more to lose. The Directors have a lot more to lose with a delisted company and one that goes into administration..

Ideally yes a GM to boot them off but no time left to do it before it delists.

If the board were half decent they would reduce the funding to say 150k as this would be sufficient for say 6 months funding until rto done. They would at the same time do an open offer to share holders at 0.005 on say a 1 for 1 share basis.

There will be an rns in a couple of days to call another GM..

True tradesense along with those ramping people in at 0.05 with a promise of something big when the company was overvalued as a shell with nothing in it.

Not sure why big dish would take anything other than 0.005 so I have assumed they will convert at same as peterhouse.. so 16.7bln shares in issue in total.

If you assume big dish convert at 0.005.. then that's 750k at 0.005 that's an extra 15bln shares..

If your average is even 0.03 good luck in getting your money back.. they have just said they would do a placing for 500 grand at 0.005. Well it's conditional.. so shareholders don't need to vote it through.

Cost of removing the company from listing will not be much at all. Every month they pay fees to continue to be listed which are quite hefty.. as you mention they could be eyeing up an rto.. depends how clean the parent company balance sheet is.. my guess is that all the debt Could be in subsidiaries?
