Lithium Americas (LAC) got a 6% pop yesterday, I have just added TRR at 50.9p now holding 70,000 shares :)

It's quite simple the Auditor could not get the info they required to sign off the accounts. This can be viewed as a red flag and the shares did fall as result. However auditors worth their salt won't sign off.

The word "audited" when it comes to accounts is not a simple thing.

I am involved in the finances (as a volunteer) of 600+ person members golf club with a turnover of under £500K.
We changed accountant and new accountant asked to see our constitution which stated annual audited accounts must be prepared. Turns out this had not been done for 10 years of more as we had been presenting unaudited accounts to AGM. We had to spend a lot of time and money being audited. At the AGM we changed the word AUDIT to PREPARE.

I'm happy having added last week to KZG holding.

The BoD must have known this al through December and they did this last year blaming covid and stating Feb22.

They finally released June 2021 results end of March this year.

FFS its a small business these results should be out within 3 months!

Agreed BTC is here to stay and its value in $USD or £sterling is not the issue as these will devalue over time.

Exchanges and lack of regulation thereof id the problem, look at Coinbase (COIN) listed at circa $300 gave it a value over $70Bn. It is an exchange taking what 1% commission, that's not profit either, wtf were people thinking!
