BioPharma Credit PLC - specialist life sciences debt investment trust - Notes filing by LumiraDx Ltd which discloses an amendment to the loan agreement entered into with BioPharma Credit, BPCR LP, and BioPharma Credit Investments V (Master) LP. On Monday, LumiraDx said it had amended its loan agreement, by extending the time it has to comply with certain minimum net sales and minimum liquidity covenants in the agreement until July 20.

Fleccy, not sure that's anywhere near correct as doesn't add up to much over 50% where are the rest? i.e. no Hargreaves Lansdown holders.

Addison and anyone else investing big into this the best ideas and biggest tech in the world are already heavily into SHA256 not sure a small business like QBT can impact that in any way. Also even if Method A or B or C prove to be more than theoretical the success of any business relies on the management team and so any SINGLE company carries high risk of loss.

Someone bought 2,500,000 shares at 1p for £25K at 11am a pretty significant purchase
