No comparison,as this has the catalysts needed.....for a very quick and sustained rerate,a rerate that seems obvious given the under valuation and looming IPO ,which should generate huge interest,and very soon. With IPO comes recognition and investment and an end to the undervaluation due to historical issues of funding,as we will have a listing in a very liquid and highly regarded market that can be tapped into. Michael Tessler the tecg guru billionnaie is invested for good reasons....

Nowhere near the under valuation of this stock...and nowhere near the number of catalysts for a very near rerate....I cannot see the share having a massive near term rerate,that looks nailed,as with this share....

Newsflow in the next weeks should be so positive in my opinion. Can only see this going one way at this under valuation. Is there a better stock to be heavy into right now? Maybe there is,but,non so obvious,in my opinion...

I have bought at 1267p...as this level of discount is really not justified,in my opinion. Great value..

Longfell....That is right.....The great thing about this nasdaq listing will be the market will have to re appraise the risk that is being applied to this share,in view of having a very liquid source of capital at hand....It will just have to rerate....

I have bought in,as I see a massively undervalued share with real prospects going forwards. Surely,far too cheap.

For once I agree with aspers,this IPO will be a great success and well worth investing in,as I feel there will be big demand,if you can get any,that is. If you think about it logically TEK shares should do even better as our holding will rise in proportion to any rise,and we also have other holdings on top. The only reason we have a market cap so much lower than our assets is the fear and history of raising capital,and with a nasdaq listing that is likely to explode in value,and be an easy source of finance going forwards,this fear will massively abate....So ,yes,I am very confidant in the future market cap of this company going forwards.Very confidant.

Nasdaq Investors are used to big uplifts in s.p. So by offering a little at IPO at a low price we will get them biting at the stock,whilst retaining more for ourselves at a higher price,as the FOMO kicks in,with further news going forwards,in my opinion.

It is not the price at IPO,it is the price after a month or two that will show the value,as Investors buy in at the IPO hoping for good profit,and with plenty of interest ,which seems likely with Michael Tessler on board. The days of raising capital could be ended with the company talking of special dividends,and the days of a wide discount to assets could go with it. So much to look forward to,in my opinion...Rerate will continue to gain momentum...

Many posters have commented on your hateful posts,I wonder why?.....I did really expect much,much more from the half year results,and without any further catalyst looking to be forthcoming I did the wise thing and sold before the drop started....This will continue to drop as where are the near term catalysts now that Investors have been disapointed in the loss making business. No ,far better to sit the drop out,in my honest opinion....

With the multi billionnaire tech entrepreneur Michael Tessler involved the price on day of issue could be very,very interesting.....

The roadshow will illuminate the value on offer in TEK shares,and the U.S. Investors are fearless when they see value,and will be looking at this share price and company very soon,with a view to bagging its holding before IPO....That would be the sensible thing to do,with this not credible market cap....They are not going to hold back like the U.K. Investors do.....Especially with Michael Tessler involved.....

I am glad to have got out at the top,as this usually drops back after a rise...Yes...90p could be very soon...as no catalyst to rerate thi and newsflow may be scarce...Investors will see the plummeting share price and exit for safety....in my honest opinion this is a sitting duck for holders at the moment...We shall see...

This is going up by the day, a slower rise than I expected,but, a serious rerate in progress. Some interest should develop the nearer we get,and we are getting nearer. I would not want to be late for this party!.......as the excitement has still to start....which is the ideal place to Invest...Those dollars are on the way....

If you want to hark on about a year ago then that is your perogative,but, I prefer to look at the present and the future and concentrate on the positives,as that is where the profits come from. i prefer to see the past and realise that the company has been cash hungry for good reasons,and realise that "old" Investors have very generously financed the upcoming"good times" for the "new"Investors who realise that times are changing ,despite this being valued at a fraction of real value,and despite the upcoming newsflow which should catapult the market cap,as our cousins from over the pond start spending their dollars.....All to look forward to......No living in the unprofitable past....look to the promising future and expect this rerate to go much,much further.....
