Even the 'independent directors' non-specified (no state copper price assumption) dcf model of Baita only attributes a value of £56M - or do you know better than them??
And if the deal goes through (it probably will - just should have happened 18-24 months ago) then there will be about 15.4 billion shares in issue, not 14 billion (including the 900 million that were admitted yesterday)

AP has contacts in Rom from all his time there - any contacts in Zim are purely from his time with VAST - he has no prior connection so I would suggest he has no more influence than any other European based individual

What resource do use for historical diamond prices? Generally can only find ones that go back 10 years

Feels like BOD are well positioned at the moment - plenty of cash for current work with multiple targets identified ( and maybe Covid has allowed (forced !!) Extra time to prioritise the best prospects

So those independent (from the POV of the transaction) whose judgement we are meant to trust at face value re the valuation of the consideration have good enough judgement to assess the value of Baita but need shareholders to point out their lack of judgemnt by not including a lock-in in the first place.

If they don't elect to convert part of the bond, then yes, an interest payment will fall due

Sarah, as far as I'm aware, Atlas could request to convert each month until either the end of the deal or the capital was repaid / shares issued.
As the first notice was on the 6th October, in theory they could issue a conversion notice at any time in November

Steve - the BoD should have (and still could) defer salaries to preserve cash until enough revenue is consistently received to cover off Atlas - in exchange, how about options at 0.4p, to show what they expect to happen next year??

Max, with all due respect, I've had to repeatedly point to many posters that VAST will be producing concentrate rather than ore.
I apologise for the shortness of my answer to you, but as it's such a fundamental point , its probably just become frustrating that posters havent understood the difference

Ichi - you are quoting copper metal price - VAST are producing copper concentrate(probably around 30% ish- we don't know yet, unless AP has told the Telegram group), so your revenue figure needs adjusting - plus VAST wont get full price , as Mercuria will take a chunk as middleman
