That should be potential Tier 1- that word makes a staggering difference to any theoretical offer price imo

Some may say 'that price looks cheap because its lower than previously' , therefore it must be a bargain
However, you always need to ask yourself, 'why is the price that cheap' - is the company unlucky/out of fashion/in a new area to market that isn't understood yet or is it just incompetently managed?

Patrick, if I may - please done believe this idea that VASTs share price is what it is because of 'deramping'
It is due to VASTs history of failing to achieve targets it has told shareholders, while issuing more shares to pay for its costs

If you believe 'derampers' can lower the price, it's only logical to say'rampers' can increase the price - if your opinion on the value of a company (which fundamentally is what the share price represents) is changed by listening to opinion based, not factually based posts then I would suggest that it may be an expensive area to invest - and that doesn't just apply to VAST but every other listed equity you could buy/sell

For someone who claims to have a decent holding of VAST shares, it should be in your own self interest to debate the points raised rather than ignore them

Sandy, fair point but I think the Nomad would be seriously at fault if it wasnt disclosed that the shared were in lieu of wages or directors fees
