Gbjoe, that's true as far as being named in VAST's RNS, but very definitely untrue if they hold above 3% (or 5% if registered overseas) when the shares are admitted. It's their obligation to inform the market

Whike we wait for the finance deal, wanted to point out that 'the asset manager specialising in natural resources' that took the 902, 592, 577 in the subscription hasn't issued a TR-1 (shares admitted on or around 7th October).
Realistically, could that be that the asset manager represents multiple parties, therefore possible no need for the TR-1, or that they've just dipped the shares in the SP rise/volume?
