Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
“ The Company is currently concluding documentation regarding an extension to 30 June 2023”
Could be anything - a straight extension, an extension with a boat load of warrants, an extension with a cash payment(bullet interest), which would need a raise or no extension agreed
If your the lender, VAST are in a shocking negotiation place - what terms would you want?
Gibberish - how appropriate
‘Meanwhile as CEO has confirmed ’
APs track record re accuracy of claims in podcast is, I’m being polite, questionable
What isn’t questionable is tomorrow being the date re deadline about 4.8M debt repayment
Where you aware of that or just ignoring it?
As we still haven’t had an RNS saying the diamonds are in VASTs hands, a sale before the end of Monday obviously won’t happen, so the only possible option is, if some form of guarantee is acceptable to a lender, will be to use them as collateral - but the time pressure involved doesn’t help secure a good deal imo
Either AP is struggling to get a deal across the line or he is deliberately pushing it to the deadline so someone(s) can take advantage of the uncertainty imo
From last years RNS
20% interest per annum with ability to repay early at month nine. Interest & principal to be repaid as a Bullet payment at the end of the term on Monday 15 May 2023.
The following security has been granted by the Company in order to facilitate the Transaction:
· Alpha has been granted first lien security over a real estate asset in Bucharest, Romania, in order to provide an enhanced security. Alpha is predominately a real estate driven lender and as this transaction is its first mining transaction, the real estate security component was key. The real estate asset has an independent valuation of €9,199,769.
· An existing shareholder of Vast Resources PLC, who is not a Related party under the AIM Rules, has been granted a first ranking security over Baita Plai in return for allowing the real estate asset owned by him being used as enhanced collateral for the funding to be provided to Vast by Alpha. Alpha has been granted a second ranking security over Baita Plai.
As part of the debt transaction and in lieu of the enhanced security being offered the Company has issued Warrants to both the real estate owner and A&T Investments SARL. The amount issued is $800,000 based on the prior agreement of giving warrants equal to 20% of the debt facility ($4,000,000). The strike price will be set at a 20% premium to the closing share price on Monday 16 May 2022 as referenced by Bloomberg.
- Mercuria also need repaying(or refinancing) before the end of Monday 15th
IQ15.7
So how did the Martingale method hold up when you posted the below at .925?
Lot and lots of similar posts to choose from at higher prices btw

Last orders please ;-)
This is going one way’
Mickey, lol
If I’m toxic , what does that make peterpowell…
A vulture? A fantasist?
Over, say the last two or three years, who has been more accurate re VAST, myself or peterpowell??
ASI, guesthouses are somewhat difference to mining, especially for someone who has strong ecological foundations , so even though he may be distantly related to Vlad, I think your tenuous possibility of a VaST link is indeed a bloodless one
Kever, your post at 21.58
“I give senseman zero credit. He is a pest and a troll.”
I’m curious - Can you define what you consider a troll to be?
Is it as simplistic as anyone who doesn’t agree with your point of view?
Turbot” ‘ Expected” is used the set out the possibility of a closure in April.
Methinks your fishing expedition fell a little flat when you criticise others but construct such the sentence above
Yeah I know - it’s autocorrects fault
Malpenn, imo Blimeyori is spot on in his first paraphraph - not specifically applied to VAST but with regards to RNS generally. Unless something is explicitly stated then interpretation is left to the reader - use of words like intended, planned, scheduled, imminent (a former VAST favourite), sadly have far less weight than they should do, and if you’re cynical, or generally have experience of reading RNS, know they are written to aid positive speculation
While the idea of VAST getting access to mining rights in Zim has promise in the medium to longer term (almost certainly in the form of a JV with an indigenous company), it would take a good while for it to actually start producing, never mind VAST having to contribute financially .
It may provide an opportunity for short term hype but the reality is all about when/if Baita can actually start contributing to VAST Plc (TJK may help a little, which is good, but it’s still a sideshow) and if / what the terms of the debt renegotiation (hopefully!) are - if the cash from the diamonds appears in the next two weeks it will undoubtedly help, but the clock is ticking
Noba, do you see the inconsistency in your last post
“Ap knew value of the diamonds”
- then
“He confirmed that after cleaning by expatriates valuation take place”
Obviously APs psychic power of knowing the value already means the second stage isn’t necessary - or are you talking out of your router again….
Asi, I totally agree with you re IQ15.7, he has never, in the last two years, stick to any facts.
He (and others) don’t seem to know the difference between opinion and fact, and as you point out, don’t seem to know how to use a calculator !
To be fair to him, however, he has said the same thing for at least the last two years “Vast has turned a corner and is now on an upward trajectory” - he obviously has the same concept of timelines as AP lol
