Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, announces that it was notified on 20 April 2021 that Mr Andrew Prelea, Chief Executive Director of the Company, purchased 25,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the share capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 0.837 pence per Ordinary Share on the Secondary Market.

We are aware of fraudulent claims and emails purporting to look as if sent from Koin staff providing fake and false information that the goods on sale belong to Vast. This is NOT the case and we will be taking steps against the fake dissemination of information.

Really playing devil’s advocate then Alpha extend to get their 20% as asi suggests but when/if Baita actually looks profitable they refuse extension an call in the debt - so the property holder loses the collateral but then takes over the now profitable mine taking it private - as VAST are a publicly listed company I find it absurd that we don’t know who has actually put up the surety property

Kever the man who made the statement “most undervalued share on AIM" also showed his ability to assess situations by buying shares at 0.55

So does that make him a good judge or a poor one
