@olderandwiser..... i agree.. this temperature point keeps getting brought up.

obv dont know about other kits and their temperature tolerance, but it must be really important... and im wondering if that what impacts the confidence levels which have brought down other co's products in this space.

i dont know that much about the science side.. but if gdr's usp is amongst other things its temperature feature then its a key one as it will work out cheaper for many of the other medical buyers, as they wont have ti repeat the test until its taken in the required ambient temperature environment.

just thoughts.. imo.

Im basing that

A. on the test kit as produced and the market size, eg everyone on the world.
B. Who the. USA co is.
C. That gdr is not a one trick pony.
D. The strength of the brand name that will evolve and the license opps that this will present across all medical functions .

@bigbench.. thanks,after a bit more reading im convinced that cytiva will have a big hand in this product, they are massive, for a start, i dont think, in my humble opinion, that the market is in fact giving a lot of value to that relationship given todays news, and if genedrive get into scaled sales at the 10k rate volumes, its easily a buyout target for them.

My thoughts, the temp angle gets pulled in a lot, clearly a big selling point, maybe countries where its hot, mid east, africa etc.. could be big markets, and with the WHO approval.... well who knows where the order vols with be.... hence with cytiva involved... i guess distribution/production/licenses etc... wont be a problem.

Just on the last few posts here, as i rewatched the recent proactive investors youtube... the key points that stuck with me..

A. One hour test result possibility.
B. Non hospital based test.
C. Relationship with US DoD

Not trying to achieve confirmation bias, but with the ipad size test kit, the military certainly in the USA should be a steady customer fir this portable filed test kit and add repeat biz for the cartridges.

Tbh. The kit looks like something Apple would have developed, the quality is really evident in the photos.

Ive only seen the 69quid testing kit photos that superdrug are punting out...as a comparison mind you.
