Morning TW you right I wrongly assumed the more knowledgeable would know what I meant - the open offer is for existing share holders only so Extraders earlier post is very disingenuous and misleading - I’m not 90% down I have a reasonably low average that will be even lower once. I take the offer and warrant which could see me at break even point on 1st IM ( end of month or before - it could quite easily see me in prophet :) ( genuine misspelling :)

Please show me where syme have said the sp will fall to .5 - your summary is total misrepresentation of what is happening - the OO is for existing share holders only - current sp today is .79 - if syme had informed the market it would be .5 at some point this month no one would be buying at the moment they would simply wait until it was .5 so your comment is at best stupidity but I honestly believe your smarter than that so it’s clearly an attempt to mislead which is not only disingenuous but also very sad - if no one is shorting or trading syme one has to come to the conclusion they simply don’t want syme to succeed and for what ever reason have been bashing syme since it’s conception - I simply can not understand why people would not embrace change and technology in order to help SMEs globally , supply chains and employment opportunities helping lift people out of poverty - the detractors have never accepted that syme will ever get going and now it looks like we are about to start the wheels turning they have been proven to be wrong and the misrepresentation that they churn out could have cost people £1000s in losses as the frighten them into thinking syme will go bust and the only way out is to sell at a loss - dispicable !!
You have your “ ho hum” catchphrase you put at the end of some of your posts which indicates you are pleased with yourself and take great pleasure from seeing the company in its present situation - it’s all about to change and you will never compliment syme or acknowledge its success ! It’s for these reasons you lose all credibility and clearly have an agenda your too dishonest and ashamed to share :)

LTH are entering the fun zone :) those that keep predicting .5 or below need it that low to close their short - their stressed as it’s not happening and going to cost them a fortune - funny thing is karma :) desperation kicking in and they don’t seem to want to discuss syme any more dodging questions right left and centre :)
I will be taking up the offer and the warrant asap increasing my holding while reducing my average and the quicker I will be in profit - not suggesting everyone else does the same it’s only my thoughts on how I should play it and why - totally agree with others dilution has put an end to boom ideas but we should see a decent rerate and steady rises as IMs complete - we will become a grown up share rather than a start up - derisked and as such funders and banks appetite will return - WL will start this summer for sure was the term AZ used in the RNS with more DP cargoes transactions to follow for TFC - we will get consolidation at some point which will allow the sp to move up more freely - sit back and enjoy the journey :)

Just watched the AGM again - banks/funders are followers not 1st movers especially when they change their risk appetite on a weekly basis - syme too high risk due to unproven concept that’s all about to change poc will meet with banks approval and meet their criteria - the risk will be significantly reduced as will the risk for all of us on poc - Vechain leading the way the rest will follow as to will the revenue generated - a new beginning :)

100% agree re Divvyups post - he doesn’t post often but when he does they are usually very good :) he looks deeper into the mechanism in play than your average poster :)

AGM also revealed the hidden value of Tradeflow bod - AZ stated funders pointed out to AZ that he was not an expert in asset management which AZ happily accepted then went out and purchased TFC who have the finest asset managers in their field - 4 year record of zero default a DD record second to none :)

Hopefully this bb can get back to what it once was - the naysayers moaning about smear campaigns is totally hypocrisy after 2 year smear campaign they have lead against syme -
I will be taking the opportunity to increase my holding and reduce my average with the OO and will also take advantage of the warrants - we all knew this day would come and as we get ever closer to 1st IM I would expect a steady increase in sp - not expecting a boom but a steady rise without the usual retrace as further Vechain funded IMs are announced simultaneously with sace and UK clients - Venus are investors with a powerful eco system of investors - funding arrangers and have got skin in the game and want even more skin in the game - AGM was very well thought through and all bod came across both professional and confident - WL to start this summer also - clear answer regarding delays and changes in funders strategy - AZ and bod have had to show great creative and have adapted effortlessly into Vechain to start the wheels turning - less we forget TFC who also achieved a monumental milestone in completing 1st in warehouse IM 1st in shariah region and 1st DP cargoes transaction !! :)

They all are - all totally irrelevant and we will see them swing to positivity so not to lose any credibility - too late imo the line has been crossed too many times :)
Anyway more exciting and important things to discuss - Nicola at the AGM states significant number of clients and funders on hold waiting for poc which is by the end of this month :) previously thought lost clients wish to be contacted upon poc - TJ stated also an increase number of enquiries - we had 1st DP cargoes in warehouse transaction as well as routine business - we are in the delivery phase - AZ explained delays and has delivered on his promises albeit on a different timescale to what we all would have liked - 110% continue to trust our team of powerful top tier eco system of directors :)

Just a simple message to all genuine LTH please stop responding and getting drawn in to pointless squabbling with detractors - they want to take the limelight off a very positive AGM and fill the board with negativity - we all know they have an agenda and are part of TWs boiler room - take their power away by simply ignoring - if your not strong willed enough to ignore just simply block or reply with a smile :) for we know what’s coming and so do they :)

There was a brilliant moment when one of the guys I went with - at the end of the meeting presented AZ with a unicorn keyring - very funny moment and the whole room laughed including AZ and the bod - all captured with pictures lol

1st July today - this month I will remember forever - we have a clear guideline of when the 1st of its kind IM takes place - a ground breaking innovative moment that all LTH can say in the future - I was there - I played my part in shaping the future of funding for SMEs and was justly rewarded :)

Yes I asked for confirmation of Venus’s role investor / arranger - the whole bod was very upbeat - you would have to be a complete bufoon to come away from the AGM feeling anything other than positive

There was a funny moment at AGM today - before meeting started I asked to take a picture - I introduced myself as Tom Winifrith - the whole bod laughed :)

Just got back from AGM - I was there I person and can confirm Castle is an out right liar !
I asked a couple of questions - Savvy asked a couple and couple of other guys asked questions - AZ did not get a grilling as the presentation answered most of the questions - I can confirm Venus are investors and funding arrangers and as per RNS have a powerful eco system of investors - I am very happy and even more confident than I ever have been - AZ very honest about mistakes and past comms - 3 banks contacted AZ on the back of the Vechain RNS and all are waiting for poc and 1st IM before the end of July - the Vechain alliance is huge and all bod very excited - TJ and Tradeflow have seen an increase in enquiries via DP cargoes - mention of sace and bespoke model - sace tranche could also be this July although AZ said the summer but Stuart Nelson indicated otherwise after the AGM - I’ll leave it there for tonight as it’s been a long day - the other LTH who attended are regular people with no hidden agendas not like the non invested over infested idiots on here - 1 month and they will be gone or look even more stupid :) h
