No point pushing the business and onboarding clients only to let them down ,
AZ stated at AGM “ what we continue to learn is there is growing interest in our product and what we offer “
Most of our clients will come from referrals from arrangers, other platforms, banks, accountancy firms, DP cargoes, ICC etc
The stalemate has always been funders will not fund a non proven concept AZ cannot prove the concept without the funding - stalemate !!
Vechain are funding the 1st real revenue generating IM which unlocks the stalemate and proves the concept which will meet the banks/funders lending criteria - they need poc before they can lend - Banks are followers and not 1st movers they won’t take the risk !
We will see UK Mena and Italian IMs follow the 1st IM - Nicola Bonini stated we have clients on hold waiting for poc - we have clients who wish to be revisited once we can deliver - we are seeing an increase in enquiries in both client and funders :)

Still here and will be for next three years - I’ve chased the sp all the way down and now it’s time to chase it all the way back up :) - taking all I can of OO and warrants asap - the lower my average the sooner I’ll be in profit - Savvy has been on TG this evening and although it’s just as quiet in there as it is on here Savvy is in a good place atm and very positive :)

With so much dilution it’s inevitable there will be consolidation which has the opposite affect of dilution in as much as it reduces shares in circulation and allows sp to move more freely - it’s only a punt imo if your not a long term holder - we will soon find out if 1st IM opens up the doors to more business , revenues and interest - we haven’t actually started yet :)

Been thinking the same to be honest - would rather not have open offer at all - but will take advantage anyway - not sure how this will pan out as OO imo is to allow Venus to get a large quantity of shares but if pi’s take up the offer how do Venus get the shares they want - perhaps a low percentage of your holding which many may think it’s not worth it and Venus get the majority of the OO - just thinking out loud really :)

Watch the AGM again Rosie - AZ clearly states it’s a real true sale IM and the accountants approving it are one of the big 4 - I know it’s hard for you to accept but this is fact and not speculation :)

Agree after 1st IM and poc it will be all about the second or 1st tranche of IM and scalability - poc out the way and it will all be about revenue generated - hopefully quarterly updates with increased revenue generated each quarter over next 3 yrs for me ………….and you lot :)

Completely agree about last year - however we are in a different place now - we have named the funder , timing of IM and the amount and more importantly the funder has also announced it ( Vechain ) I do understand the doubt after previous missed deadlines but all LTH must believe and have faith in AZ to deliver at some point or we would simply sell up and move on - I believe that time is now :)

That post might come back to bite you - AZ has clearly stated IM by end of month via Vechain as funder :) OO could land anytime giving just enough time for shareholders to increase their holding while reducing their average just before poc and 1st IM no point predicting sp only a couple of weeks to find out - I’m trusting AZ and the team to deliver :)

No need for retaliation there’s enough news coming soon and I’m sure there will be plenty to say for all :)

The article is not about criticism its about a company that took legal action against an individual who sought to damage the company with untruths

My questions put to you were to see if you would dodge the questions or actually answer them giving a clear indication of what you thoughts were ?

Don’t know either of the people you mention or what your trying to allude to

A reasonable person would also give a company fair opportunity to grow without trying to damage its chances by making false accusations of wrong doing

I will enjoy my Sunday - up early it’s a beautiful day so we are out early for a long walk and spending the afternoon in the garden chilling :)

GM and Apunter are heavily invested and continue to support the company , on the other hand we have non invested posters who attack the company on a daily basis with claims of scam, fraud, liquidation , syme will go bust , sp will be zero etc etc lying about what happened at the AGM

To be clear Ex are you saying the 1st ever IM is not going to happen ?

Are you saying you don’t believe 2nd 3rd tranches will not follow ?

Are you saying you do not believe Vechain are funding the 1st IM even though they have announced it themselves ?

Are you saying you don’t believe IM will ever happen in UK , Mena, Italy etc ?

Are you saying Venus with its powerful eco system of investors are not looking to increase their holding ?

Are you saying TFC have not done it’s 1st ever IM via DP cargoes ?

I could go on :)

I just fail to understand how people continually bash and dismiss a companies achievements in what has been an horrendous few years for businesses never mind syme being a fintech start up - if you look at the whole picture including world affairs and current economic climate syme has done remarkably well and are in the brink of delivery on their promises - you can keep chipping away at syme/TFC but it will not stop or slow the future or the innovation :)
