Your 100% right I have never had any dealings with FRC and I’ve no evidence to suggest that you have either - I do know several people that have and are in regular contact with FRC - AZ , Amy Benning , AB , etc etc - I’ll put my trust in someone I have personally met and spoken too rather than an anonymous poster on here who has always been negative towards the company :) thank you

You are a business owner, so you can approach your accountant and ask if the above is true, I'm 100% sure they will agree with what I've wrote above.

FRC have only stated they have reservations with the evidence that was in front of them at the time and are waiting for 1st IM to assess - it’s a misleading statement to say FRC do not believe true sale is achievable - they are waiting to assess it and will also recognise that one of the big 4 are supporting its recognition :)

It clearly states “ it could be achieved “ :)

Also David Bull stated at AGM there are different accountancy treatments for different geographies - one of their aims is to get it standardised across all regions giving a level playing field for all - they are working with FRC - let’s wait and see before we think any answer is definitive - also post was just a reminder that other progress is being made :)

You post is contradictory - you state FRC have stated they don’t believe true sale is possible yet haven’t investigated it and won’t until 1st IM

If you read TBs post it does state they are waiting for approval so he has not stated it has been yet confirmed

Do you have proof the FRC have given a statement regarding true sale ?

If you read the full report the FRC didn’t bother to check until after IM :)

Whilst we are all debating OO and 1st IM
TB been very busy in US judging by his comment on LinkedIn 2h ago :)

Why? Why start the day with a comment like that - what does it add and my post started “ no one knows “ I know the same as everyone else - nothing more - any very best wishes to you too :)

No one knows and the opinions seem split evenly some think IM 1st whilst others think OO 1st longer no news of OO I’m inclined to think IM 1st or could they be announced in one RNS like blah blah oh by the way 1st IM complete :-)lol

Big question though is which RNS - the OO RNS or the 1st IM RNS - if 1st IM RNS the OO will be oversubscribed plus warrants :)

Cookie - I’ve openly stated on numerous occasions syme is my 1st ever investment - I have no previous investing experience - I’ve never claimed to be anything other than a regular guy who works fultime for a living - as previously stated I’m not interested in hatred or getting involved in personally baiting or trying to discredit posters for sharing their views or opinions- only time will tell who has got it right or wrong - this is NOT about me or any other individual poster so I don’t get personal - I think people possibly respond to my posts not because they think I’m any kind of guru but more because it either aligns with their own thoughts or because they feel I am a genuine honest poster , and no I don’t know it all and will accept when I have got it wrong and also not trying to get people to invest or sell up I’m only sharing my views and opinions in the same way that you are - I don’t attack you or your posts or be disrespectful to you as I don’t know you as in the same way you don’t know me - so by all means question the contents of my posts but no need to get personal as it helps no one :)

Thank you for your kind words - I can’t change who I am and maybe I am too forgiving but I won’t burden myself by carrying around hatred for other people that would wear me down - we are all interpreting the same info differently and only time will tell if we have interpreted the news correctly or not - I have no agenda other than to make money for myself and my family - it’s hard to earn money these days especially if you want to earn it honestly and through I’ll gotten gains any dreams of being a millionaire faded years ago if I was going to be a millionaire I would have achieved it by now - it would be just nice if I could double or treble my investment and make life just that bit sweeter :)

If you watch the AGM Stuart Nelson stated they accept the criticism of the website and are working to improve it - the company my trading insurance policy is with - I’ve never been on their website once in over five years I go through a broker for my trade insurance - the big news is 1st real IM and all staff are working hard to deliver it - that’s far more important to me than the petty stuff that will improve as we generate revenue - no point picking over every little detail at this stage poc is of paramount importance and it’s only days away :)
