What false news ?

So now we move to trying to discredit posters who have a different opinion - I’ve never stated I have contact with anyone at syme other than the same privilege we all have - we can contact syme or AZ through LinkedIn or info@supplyme so I’ve no idea what you are referring too ?

That works both ways if the interims are good the naysayers will talk about dilution and missed deadlines CLNs etc it’s ridiculous as to why the non believers still post two years on - by all means follow the company and when and if it fails come on and say “ we told you so “ just don’t come on saying we told you so before we know the outcome - most LTH post to see if investors share their opinion or to support each other and discuss potential as well as pit falls - the moment someone posts something positive this bb is swamped by naysayers who are constantly watching the bb waiting for a negative entry point -it’s akin to stalking often calling posters stupid or idiotic or some other way of belittling - this morning Juno asked for an opinion and almost immediately was jumped are for asking !! It’s good to talk lol only if you are negative on here :)

You know as well as I do John I have been very vocal on here and don’t need prompting :)
It’s just as I’ve said it is - nothing new to discuss until Friday - been reading posts but a lot of it is just tit for tat - I’m confident AZ will deliver - can’t and won’t deny it’s tough going and can’t rewrite events over past two years - but that’s investing in a fintech penny start up - risk vs reward - we are all aware of the risks some have been telling us for over two years !! but the rewards are also still in play and we wouldn’t want an echo chamber that only delivers one side of the debate - there always two sides to every story it’s good that we hear both :)

I have not posted for a few days as there is nothing new to discuss - nothing any of us say on here will affect the sp - syme will succeed or fail it’s that simple - all that my post highlights is that all the naysayers will just repeat what they have previously stated a 1000 times over never wanting to accept that lots of companies start with borrowing and it takes years to see profit - is that a fair statement ?
We know what symes mission is and if it succeeds it could be huge - is that a fair statement ?

1. Only syme offer what we offer - the 1st of its kind anywhere in the world - present economic climate means our services will be required more than ever :)

2. I don’t know why you are here so I’ve never said I don’t believe you - we are all anonymous and do not have the info that the CEO does - we do not have his experience and qualifications - so unfortunately I Will believe someone I know is real I know what he looks like and I have contact details should I require them - I know what symes mission is :)

3. Any improvement on the last interims is progress - we know it will include the 1st DP cargoes transaction and we have received more enquiries so let’s wait and see on Friday :)

4. We have been surviving on borrowing and dilution this is true - but we have just completed 1st IM and are working on all revenue streams in all geographies - much progress has been made - you can’t possibly think that when syme get going in all geographies including the largest economy in the world that it wouldn’t generate enough revenue - if that’s what you think have a look at the numbers see the possibilities here and know that’s what AZ is working towards and our destination of being a global giant - you only ever focus on the negatives - I sincerely mean this - try posting and writing about the positives listing all achievements to date and all possibilities and it really is mind blowing - then write the negatives and compare and you will see the positives far out way the negatives imo :)

It’s important to remember the naysayers only focus on syme - they spend so much time on a share they have no investment in that they miss what’s happening in the real world - the markets all over the world are down inflation on the increase the economy affects everything - syme will be up and down like a yo yo until we have more IMs and more frequently , WL will be a strong provider of revenue - let’s see what interims bring and forward looking statement - personally I think they will be better than expected :)

There’s nothing wrong with people asking an opinion if there was there would be no point in any of us sharing our thoughts - of course people think for themselves and get a cross referenced view of what others think - sentiment etc :)

Easy answer - the naysayers have been out in force over last few days more so than I can remember - which to me means that know as well as we all do we have backed a winner :)
They will never give an honest answer as to why they are here constantly bashing the company :)
Interim accounts are coming on Friday and there’s not really much to discuss that hasn’t been discussed a 1000 times over - so we wait until Friday for interims which will show progression imo and while we all focus on interims AZ and team are busy working away on next IMs and PR - we all know it’s coming and it’s what the naysayers are dreading :)

Some who originally came on once a day for their daily laugh must be feeling really sad as their daily visits seem to have increased somewhat :)

We should also remember AZ and team are also human and they also are not immune to mental health issues and have all the personal problems just like any normal family - support, mindfulness and understanding should be for all without exception :)

Unfortunately it’s not the only reason they are here and have been from the start - it’s one thing to say you don’t believe in a business but to constantly bash it and laugh at others investment decisions especially when the whole market is down sadly it’s a true reflection of our society so many disingenuous people about what hope is there for the future !!

It doesn’t worry me in the slightest - if you want a get rich quick scheme good luck with finding one - AZ may have had to alter the model and funding method for 1st IM - this shows great leadership and innovation - the fact that the model can be tweaked to accommodate an ever changing world fills me with confidence - also we have had investors who have sold up and moved on and wished everyone still invested luck - we have not seen any non invested naysayers move on as yet !! :)

Absolutely not my confidence has significantly grown since 1st IM - stalemate has always been the problem - banks will not throw millions at a non proven concept - without millions AZ cannot prove the concept - AZ has been very innovative in getting Vechain to fund 1st IM to prove the concept which is now done :)
We were told 1st IM by end of July - it was 6 weeks late but has now completed - it may be another 6 weeks before we see anymore IMs or WL - we do not need funding for WL :)
Also FCA suggested we include in our statement “ in their opinion they did not think syme could get true sale status “ at this time AZ was using the term SPVs which auditors see as financing - syme been working with Deloittes and we drop SPVs and replace with stock co and as if by magic 1st IM completes :)
Slow to grow but it’s all coming together :)

And that’s a comment I can respect and I can also say Nobby and myself were going for it tooth and nail ( opposing views and opinions ) which went on for two days but kept the debate civil - as it should be IMO

110 % havoc - it was AZ posting and there’s no denying the usual naysayers all went very quiet - we all had equal opportunity to post and question the contents of AZs posts - not many did :)

I think AZ knows we have true sale status he’s said it enough times - syme been working with Deloitte and AZ has shifted from using spv to now using stock co which as discussed earlier is one of the reasons it’s different from other offerings and meets true sale status - it would be interesting to see if FRC challenged it and their members didn’t agree and how a court of law would see it - I’m sure symes legal team and Deloittes will have covered every angle - again just imo

Mistergreen - I think is as you suspect - not that simple - some jurisdictions it will not be a problem at all as IFRS rules have not been adopted globally - David Bull at AGM did make this point - 1st IM Italian based company which is outside FRC jurisdiction so imo will not be an issue and one of the reasons the company was selected from the Italian portfolio
It’s only my opinion and I’m sure it will start a debate but if some jurisdictions allow it whilst others don’t syme with the support of the monopolies commission would have a very good case in order to level up the competitive advantage that the unfair advantage this would give to companies in regions where true sale status is accepted over regions where it isn’t - must stress this only my opinion

Ex - you need to calm down it’s a penny share you have no investment in no need to get angry - Arty44 is correct imo :)
