It was in an RNS that they were conducting a feasibility study - an aspiration of the CEO and why not given that the US is the largest economy in the world and TB is rolling out the model in US - quick delve into listing criteria may not be too far off in a couple of years - assets worth $6m - IP could be worth that
$1m net profit for 2 out of 3 years and a minimum sp which could be achieved if we get going as predicted and consolidation - there are also lots of permutations that can also meet the criteria - I’m no expert and it was just a quick look but to completely rule it out as some fantasy is just being silly imo :)

Let me get this right Brass - I should listen to you and all the naysayers - people I do not know and have never met, I don’t know where they live what experience , qualifications they have, I have no contact address or details, I don’t know what they look like or what their motives are and they seem to spend an unusual amount of time on a penny stock that they have no investment in, attacking peoples posts and when that doesn’t work they attack the poster personally for their rationale/opinions VS
a CEO and team that I’ve met, know what they look like , know where they are based , have contact details for them , have access to their CVs and know they are regulated by FCA hmmm - over the last two years I’ve witnessed the struggles the shift in direction , twists turns ups and downs all against damaging accusations and still they deliver TFC acquisition , DP cargoes and ICC partnership, Shariah compliancy, GIMF , Vechain 1st ever IM in the world , WL etc etc they are currently working on delivering CB , traditional funding route , WL, developing web 3 , building an eco system with the likes of Quadrivio , Venus, imass , stormharbour, Lenovo and many many more - they keep me informed via regulated RNSs and delivered where the naysayers said they wouldn’t !!!

I know the advice any one reading this would give me

Not looking for an argument - just thought of something - those who think we might need more than one IM to prove concept why? It will be well documented and any more IMs will just be repeating the process nothing more nothing less - in any other scenario you would not need to see the same thing multiple times - Imo it’s done we have poc unless someone knows otherwise and can show their rationale

Doc - we all know and so do they - they’re just throwing anything out now to cast doubt - clutching at straws :)

Ah yes - yet another positive for LTH - MAR rules prevent CEOs and anyone working for the company who may be privy to inside information from buying shares - I think if you know we have a pipeline of clients let’s say 168 Italian companies all wanting to IM €10m of stock that could be deemed as market sensitive info and would rule out ceo from purchasing - likewise if you knew there were a further 8.5m funding from Vechain or say funders for 1st US IM or 1st Mena IM this would also be grounds for MAR rules to prevent CEOs from buying - if you knew WL was progressing well so close after 1st IM this would also prevent CEOs from purchasing stock - think MAR rules will prevent AZ and co from buying for a little while longer :)

Fuss - don’t mention consolidation on here the naysayers hate it - it will reduce shares in circulation , increase value of individual share and enable us to list on Nasdaq also allows sp to move up more quickly - they won’t like that :)

Good afternoon TW - so no one’s right and no one’s wrong at the moment - that said we all thought 1st IM would be the Italian tranche of clients not a singular IM - so much has changed from when most of us 1st invested - there was no TFC, DP cargoes, ICC , TFC completing 1st in warehouse transaction , no Shariah compliancy , no WL, no funding arrangers , no talk of US or dual listing , no Vechain/crypto funding and certainly no 1st IM - so much has been achieved and delivered I’m confident AZ will deliver what he set out to deliver and then some - I am happy to wait and see - sorry if your not happy with progress and innovation :)

Win - Win - client company gets off balance sheet funding via true sale mechanism
Funder has an asset to sell in case of default - better for client company and better for funder - and syme get fees for making this all possible - simples :)

That’s where symes DD comes in to play - syme do not IM a garden shed full of rubber ducks for a seller who advertises on eBay - in any event if the company takes a traditional loan out it’s not backed by any assets - IM is asset backed as the funder owns the inventory and in case of default use re marketeers to sell the goods on
(TFC have had no defaults in 4 yrs ). :)

There’s no wait and see here Doc you 100% know they are called stocking loans and do not show on balance sheet as vehicles purchased with stocking loans are owned by the company who provide the funding even though they never take ownership of the vehicle which will be up for sale in a car showroom or sales pitch - as with IFRS it’s all about the wording in the contract :)
