It would be nice :) but think we’ve had enough positivity for one week :) and it takes a week to sink in - I do think between now and Xmas we will start generating revenues and it’s anyone’s guess which income stream will come 1st - WL , further IMs via Vechain , Saudi WL - 1st tranche of Italian clients - Mena regions 1st IM - there are possibilities globally :) and once it starts we could be stuck in this share for years fomo while we continue to climb :) unicorn and beyond

Big scheme of things nothing said on this bb will stop syme becoming a big success and nothing will affect the sp other than revenue generated - lots of investors have moved on to TG and lots don’t bother coming on here so only a small % will see posts on here and a very small amount might act on what they see on here ( if any ) most of the negative posters have gone quiet and the ones worth listening too have changed their stance on syme and are starting to shift opinions - totally understandable as they also see recent news is very positive as we move towards all income streams up and running and with increased pipeline :)

Syme still hiring - new vacancy posted on LinkedIn 32mins ago - financial controller - you don’t pay off Mercator in cash - pass criteria for a 1m euros loan and keep recruiting if you have no revenue being generated - it’s simple - it’s taken a lot of time and hard work - it’s coming :)

Do you have scientific evidence / DNA that symes business model is unworkable ?
If you are indeed a scientist you will also be aware of how scientific evidence has evolved over many years and just how long it as taken - symes model has already been shown as a workable 1st IM complete and all staff focussed on IMs in Italy and UK - you don’t sound convinced yourself “ most likely “ is not anywhere close to scientific proof just more speculation :)

No one knows what the opening price will be tomorrow - after last Thursday & Fridays RNSs and given the fact people have had the weekend to let all the news sink in I’m expecting a lot of people will be topping up and possibly new investors will enter the frame - lots of news to come between now and Xmas - having another top up myself - only a few hundred pounds but every bit helps :)

There is absolutely no proof Venus have dumped stock or are about too - at the AGM AZ stated “ Venus are expecting a big sp “ watch the AGM again -it’s all in their - the delays the shift in direction - it’s all there - it’s only the detractors trying to dampen our good news - news that significantly derisks our investment
1. 1st IM complete
2. TR1 confirming Venus as a significant holder ( what the trolls were asking for but now not happy ) :)
3. Syme securing a non secured 1m euros loan on its own merits by the 3rd largest bank in Italy
4. An end to CLNs for good and Mercator settled

No one knows what will happen on Monday but we do know what happened on Thursday & Friday of last week :)

Not expecting anything on Monday other than another bluetiful day :)
As news filters through from the late RNSs and investors start to realise this is very good news - even calamari ( TW ) had to concede and acknowledge this is very good news :) institutional investor TR1 which one would think would please one of the two clowns but as usual they rally and try and turn a positive into a negative - AZ starting to silence the detractors by delivering what he always said he would :)

Big Question next is what will come 1st - WL or 1st tranche of Italian clients or could it be the further 8.5m Vechain funding - could Banco BPM Italy's 3rd largest bank being announced as 1st traditional funder - syme are no longer relying on TFC - between now and Xmas we will be rich with positive news and the naysayers/detractors will fall silent - it’s going to be so funny seeing their attempts at negative spins - stay tuned for entertainment :)

They were notably absent yesterday and I imagine they will be sounding something like this - what the, when , why, erm yeh but no but how the bbbb but - all LTH should be having a wonderful weekend in the knowledge they stood tall stayed strong and had faith in AZ and team to deliver - very exciting times ahead :)

So just to recap on the last two days :)

1.We have passed the criteria for a 1m euros loan from the 3rd largest bank in Italy - this sees an end to CLNs , dilution and dumping of shares, Banco BPM will have done a deep credit check on syme and will have looked into how symes finances will be able to cover not only the loan repayments but also it’s running costs :) it’s satisfied syme can meet its obligations over the next 5years ( the loan term )

2. We then get a TR1 confirming Venus’s share holding in the company - Venus as part of the capital enhancement plan will also have delved deep into symes finances and pipeline ( over 300m ) and are happy to hold a large amount of shares - they also know where we are heading and what is to come :)

3. The naysayers/detractors are firing blanks :)

What a good week for all LTH and a reminder how news can come out of the blue ending the day blue !!

Good news 2 days on the trott :) naysayers need to be prepared for good news between now and Xmas - Tr1 confirming Venus holding and are investors as well as funding arrangers - all naysayers are running out of negatives as AZ starts to answer the cynics just as all LTH knew he would :)
Trust the team and stay tuned particularly the non invested naysayers and let AZ show you how it’s done and we were right to trust him :)

With sp rising I’m more inclined to think it’s a buy :)

This is yet another clear example of trying to play down the loan for 1m - this is a. NON SECURED LOAN - BPM as qualified the loan purely on the merits of the companies ability to repay it from its core business - it is not backed by shares offered as security :) this is a very positive sign things are happening :)

SYME has a big advantage over private company borrowers namely it is quoted and can raise money by placing and convertible loan notes (as just demonstrated) which reduces risk on non repayment and I am sure this was factored into bank’s lending decision.

To suggest the loan is the only source of revenue in coming is ridiculous the banks will have looked at the business model and the timescales and pipelined forecast - the bank also likes IM and may be more interested in WL :)

Be under no illusion as to the significance of syme moving away from CLNs to a traditional form of borrowing at an interest rate of 3.2% - no further dilution , no waiting for BPM to off load shares :)

Very difficult for any business to secure a business loan in very uncertain times let alone secure a 1m loan- BPM just as any other bank will need to be confident the company is in a position to make the repayments :)
Even the naysayers acknowledge this is a very positive step forward only the idiots will try to down play it :)
