Last few RNSs have all been positive - we are moving in the right direction - more IMs to come and some of which will be larger ticket values - Albert’s comment at the AGM when asked about director buys “ hopefully this will be addressed “ it has - Albert has proven to be trustworthy and a man who keeps his promise 😜

Albert also stated “ let’s just say we are working on something significant “ 😜

BODs have bought in at short notice - I couldn’t find the money to buy more at the request of others - BODs have 😉👏🏼👏🏼

We wanted director buys we got director buys 👏🏼👏🏼

Dammed if they do and dammed if they don’t 🤦‍♂️

This is positive news that will be spun as negative news

If I had the money to buy now I would I simply don’t have the funds available with other financial commitments - the BODs have bought in within weeks of the AGM and just like us they are everyday people working hard for a living - we don’t know the personal financial circumstances of the BODs

If share price moves up today they will be accused of insider info - if sp falls it will be their fault for not buying more 😂😂😂

Positive announcement full stop and takes away another favourite detractors line - directors have bought in - 4 of them 😉😂😂

Larger ticket opportunities at various stages of discussion - this was also reiterated at the AGM 😉

The appetite of Inventory Funders has also driven the Supply@ME origination team to assess potential IM amounts over GBP/EUR/USD 10m and, subject to the appropriate structure and funding being in place, there are a number of larger ticket opportunities at various stages of discussion and included in the pipeline. “

We now need to see 10m IM joint venture further Vechain IMs 3rd Italian IM and 2nd UK IM without waiting months for each one to be delivered - not sure how close we are to WL but Albert did state at AGM “ we are working on something significant “ if we can get a small tranche from both UK and Italian pipelines and not just singular IMs we would see a significant rerate - AZ did acknowledge the fact we need to speed up the process of IMs I believe the whole team are focussing on this process 🙏🤞

It will finish blue tomorrow 😉 and will continue to bounce around until we see more regular IMs or IMs of a larger value - the platform has been built as to has the pipeline we are only just starting to build a track record - we are making progress and the sp will follow as we continue to service clients 😉

RNS could be right on point tomorrow as stated at AGM sp is immaterial atm until we see more regular IMs of larger amounts generating revenue - the big news won’t be the sp it will be the fact we have delivered 3 IMs and building a track record and for potential funders/banks in the UK to be able to see a real transaction without the need to simulate or visualise how the platform works also we will have helped a UK company to release equity from their assets for the very 1st time in the UK without incurring debt and all associated costs fully tax deductible 👏🏼👏🏼😉

Directors buying in is not the signal I’m looking for personally - I want to see IMs a plenty - directors buying in is good for sentiment but won’t affect the sp like generating revenue will - it’s also worth remembering although we might think bod’s are on good money people often live to their means we have no idea of their personal financial situation - also how big a purchase would people find acceptable £500 , £5000 or £50,000 🤷‍♂️

1st UK IM by 30th June, it’s the 27th tomorrow so could land at anytime, 😉

I’m most surprised by the fact that some of the detractors are still here - those were the ones that said no IMs would ever take place - they also said we would be waiting for years for PNP register and that Albert wouldn’t last long 😂😂😂 don’t be fooled by the constant negative comments - AZ working through their fastest route to generating revenue which was said several times at the AGM - 1st ever UK IM next week and an opportunity for banks/funders to follow a real transaction instead of trying to visualise or simulate a transaction 👏🏼👏🏼 will also mean we are live in multiple geographies - we are slowly adding the fuel that will ignite the market - top up time for me personally and I know others at AGM are also topping up - could be in profit again next week 🙏🤞

The rise may continue into next week after the AGM followed by completion of 1st UK IM which should support a further rise - we need to see monthly IMs from now until the end of the year - Vechain further IM could be July once web 3 is completed and launched with just one tier bank WL and we should stabilise and rise imo 🤞🙏

Just to clear up any misunderstand and spell it out for those who haven’t bothered to watch the AGM - when the subject of detractors came up at AGM the question was put to the board describing a certain individual - from the description I believe that they were referring to TW and NOT to any individual on this board - no need for anyone to take it personal unless you see yourself as a detractor 😉 all points of view are welcome and with all things that take time some will become frustrated and anxious about their investment - you can lose money investing as well as make money there are no money back guarantees when investing it’s the nature of the beast surely we are all aware of that 👌🏼

Completely agree re : challenging questions another view point regarding BODs not buying in

There’s been a few times when I really wished I could have bought in but no funds available - BODs although maybe on good salaries may not have had funds available at the times MAR allowed them to buy in - they are after all just people like you and I who have bills to pay and most people live to their salary - Albert explained it well imo and the positive from it is until we are generating revenue on a regular basis that makes IMs & WL the norm it could be classed as inside information - drawing comparisons with huge companies who have been generating revenue year in year out unlike supply@me ( atm ) is not a fair comparison - I choose to believe Albert and we will see director buys once they have delivered WL and started to regularly service the pipelines - also they will be paying a higher sp 👍
