Albert staying on as chairman 👏🏼👏🏼 and Alexandra Galligan joining BOD - we are very close to positive news and expecting momentum to build over next few months - I like the fact that the bod are totally not interested in engaging with detractors as they are insignificant - BOD are doing what they should be doing ignoring the detractors and solely focussing on delivering results - I suggest we do the same ignore the detractors 😉

Morning all - on train to AGM - looking forward to meeting up with fellow investors - we are meeting up and Pret nearest to venue if anyone would like to meet up 👍

Personally I don’t think there will be any news before AGM - think AZ was hoping 1st UK IM would be complete before AGM and it looks like it’s going to happen after AGM on or before 30th June - at least we have that to look forward to 👏🏼👏🏼

If there is any news to deliver he can’t withhold market sensitive news and drop it when it suits also to try and time it to land couple of days before AGM would be very hard to do and would leave it wide open to last minute let downs - we have had AR and end of year business update and have lots to look forward to - UK 1st IM - July web 3 and further Vechain funding - PNP live and thought to be the trigger for WL - we are concentrating on core business UK and Italian markets and 10m joint venture Italian bank and one of the big four and of course we have proof of concept - lots of progress from last years AGM 👏🏼👏🏼 and of course there’s always the chance AZ could prove me completely wrong and deliver something tangible 🤞🙏

I could say it was predictive tx 😂 but I won’t and I will admit to my grammatical error 😂

It remains to be seen weather any bank will use our platform for WL - if and when they do you will have no augments left - you also thought no IMs would ever take place - they have 3 in total so far 😉 big progress has been made poc is now achieved - we have a working model that solves a decades old problem for SMEs globally - keep up you might miss something 😜

Don’t recall anyone saying “ that SYME had more than enough clients so why bother recruiting others!!” think you will find what was said was that syme has built a sizeable client pipeline through Nicola Bonini and other introducers - WL will bring banks own customers in offering our services packaged under their own brand - don’t think the website is the most important issue atm we have a sizeable pipeline that has not been fully serviced yet - as per RNS “ we are concentrating on our core business “ ie Italian and UK pipeline including WL 😉

All the ingredients are there for WL and we don’t need funders for that - see if the banks can attract and sell our unique product to their clients - if we have some of the banks clients already in our pipeline it should be a case of switching the provider of our services under the banks own branding - be nice to get an announcement before AGM WL or otherwise 🤞🙏

If I could choose which apple 🍎 AZ should pick it would be the 10m joint venture Italian bank and one of the big 4 - having one of the big 4 involved will be a massive show of confidence 🤞🙏

Finished blue today - I’m sure AZ will have had a busy day talking to funders and banks reminding them we have a pipeline which is now ready to be serviced and now has the backing of Italian Law - feeling positive and relaxed 😉

Great news Savvy - PNP is not only thought to be the trigger for WL but also just as important for IMs as it gives an extra layer of security over the ownership of assets monetised - 1st traditionally funded IMs were poc and small amounts the big funders will be waiting for the extra layer of security - it will be in place tomorrow - pull that trigger AZ silence the cynics and get the sp moving upwards 🤞🙏

It’s not just the AGM - it’s meeting up with other investors before AGM and after in the pub - it’s a day off work and a chance to catch up with a great bunch of people - you also get a sense of the BOD drive , passion and enthusiasm - AGM won’t be for everyone and that’s also fine 👍 I will be asking a question using my real name and peakhope for those who may doubt my honesty 😜 hopefully a good week ahead and by Friday I hope to be in profit again and hopefully this time I will stay in profit 🤞🙏
