I'm happy to take a long term view (i'm in PFP, if that doesn't show patience I don't know what does), however, on 28th MAY - RNS stated "The facility has been structured as straight debt to eliminate any dilutive effect for shareholders at the current share price".

This was clearly a lie. Surely a company with such a promising future shouldn't need to lie to shareholders?

I know what you're saying but patient shareholders should not be rewarded with lies from the BOD. They lied about non dilution funding, are they lying about contracts as well? only a MOU at the moment.
