Usually report final figures at end of July, why so late this year?

Last interims were up to 31st October 2017. Surely final results would be April 2018. I thoughyou had 45 days after this date to report figures? Please correct me if i’m Wrong

Shouldn’t have to guess. If you own part of the company you should be informed. Strange lack of information.
