I agree totally but getting an Indian State owned company to give away an asset they’ve spent over $65 million on is easier said than done. Arbitration could be a long winded option. Surely if OEX had 80%+ things could move in the right direction. Obviously i’d Love 100%. Just surprised GSPC haven’t Tried to work a deal.

Yes Mr I, although I’m wondering why GSPC don’t just offer some more of Cambay to OEX in lieu of the money owed.
If OEX have got a farm in partner waiting on the side lines surely GSPC could give away enough of their share to give OEX control, they could then progress with GSPC keeping a smaller percentage but getting a free carry. Surely that’s better for GSPC then potentially losing their share altogether. Also maybe better than OEX having the arbitration process.
