Having a treeshake ahead of ebioss news. The way this is behaving and the dilutive finance would make you think the ebioss / btc deal had fallen through if they hadn’t said it would be completed this week.

Not deramping, I have plenty of shares and 5p would make me so happy. No funds to buy anymore so not interested in dropping the price. Unbelievably still in profit here. Just don’t like BOD’s who mislead shareholders.

The balance of the UCLN will be redeemed once final negotiations are completed between the Company and a new debt provider and a drawdown is made on the new facility. The facility under negotiation is a straight debt only facility which is expected to be drawn down in two tranches. The facility has been structured as straight debt to eliminate any dilutive effect for shareholders at the current share price.
