I don't think it's fair to criticize Sachin & Stephen on the board at this stage. BMD is a villain and a market manipulator. He has ramped ADL so he could get out, saying he was going to buy £500k (like he'd announce it if he was). He's obviously now achieved his aim of exiting ADL where was locked in and wants in here lower. This is all rumour and manipulation currently. If the rumour started by BMD alone turns out to be true then I'll join in sticking the boot in. For now let's stick to the facts and the fundamentals. I'd be happy with s strongly supported and stable SP at around 1.4 by year end. However after seeing UKOG go to a 500Mill Mcap and 11p SP on the BB drill with publicity driven sentiment I'd say anything is possible if Colter gets similar exposure in The Mail and Telegraph Financial sections etc. These lads are well respected in the City and a bit of initial success will make good copy. Sustained growth in line with the business plan is what I'm looking for here. I look at RBD more as s fund, managed by a couple of fellas who have a plan that I've bought into. If they invest well and stick to their plan of identifying a profitable exit strategy at each stage then the RBD Mcap should increase incrementally with success and the SP follow suit. I'm looking for a minimum 50% increase in Mcap each year for the next 5 years which should equate to an SP of around 7p, but in 5 years time, not at Christmas. I don't care about Christmas. If Parta hits gas then Reabold will be looking to sell their interest to a producer or to the Gov or whatever. In that scenario £100Mill or more for the sale is not unrealistic. Drilling and production of Colter from onshore Wytch Farm is not "a hypothetical 2nd phase" but is the most likely outcome. One thing is for sure, in the event of a successful strike from this jack up rig drill, Colter will not be produced from offshore in that location. A Farm in agreement and production sharing between Corallion and Perenco with obvious financial benefit to RBD is the most likely scenario in my opinion. If RBD don't sell their stake in Corallion first of course, which is also likely. I was discussing the onshore planning scenario because in the case of a strike that will be the immediate next consideration: Can it be drilled from Wytch? Will the gov pass it? In that case what is it worth to RBD? The onshore planning case for the drill is therefore very relevant as it will have a massive impact on the value of the strike to RBD. It's like selling a green belt field or selling a field with planning permission for 100 dwellings. The value is in the ability to get the the asset out and to the market with the minimum of cost and aggravation to any future buyer. Therefore the government NPPF agreement could be very valuable to RBD here.

You're getting hung up on the preliminary exploratory offshore phase of the Colter project. That's approved. Is going ahead. We all know why it was put back from summer. It isn't an issue. We were discussing the onshore drill from Wytch Farm and I want to know why you and your little team here tried to cover up the existence of the NPPF agreement. I don't trust you two or Ricfle. I think your agenda going forward here will be negative and disruptive. I think shareholders and prospective investors need to be aware of your motives and negative agenda. That's all from me. Why did you not mention the recently approved government NPPF policy when it is obviously so fundamentally important to the planned onshore drill of Colter from Wytch Farm? You seemed to be attempting to say that planning could be a problem when this new policy indicates that it will almost certainly not be. Why is that?

Not relevant. But the planning experts here were saying that the 2nd onshore phase of Colter, drilled from Wick would be totally in the gift of the council to grant a go ahead. Read the posts back. But it isn't true is it. No mention was made of the NPPF. I said Council will be impotent and the decision will be made by government. The NPPF policy means that Bournemouth Council will be directed by Gov to prioritize planning consents for the Colter drill from Wytch because energy assets are of national importance. I dont see how you think that is not relevant. It seems to me that we have a little team here intent on brushing aside very positive information as "not relevant". Why would that be I wonder?
