It was Ratcliffewriter who instigated the skip outside the offices at Pampisford and Polly was the inflatable doll that lived in it to keep eye on Tim & Co and send regular updates ;-)

Still here myself and hoping at last the stars may be aligning after 11 years and good to see old names such as Paulus47 (how's Cornwall). Julie1 etc.. not sure if Hopkirk still around, and Elounga seems to have disappeared.

Given I watched Tim's video after my earlier posting, I'm okay, as Potnak alluded to some updates next week at the presentation. I'm okay with how Tim conducts himself in intervals, shows he's not a wide boy as per a certain other character.
Also for now I am happy that the placing has been successful, appreciate that they need to consider where the money gets allocated but and here's the big thing, they update us when they have decided where and when to invest it - not just sit there and watch it dwindle away.
Next week's presentation is key to where we are going, lets hope it's good.

Sad et Al - we're all saying the same thing here, so Tim if you are reading how about a little update - something on the lines
- we have had dialogue with ICR/CPT regarding Sierra and they have advised...….
- we are currently applying for COVID related grant or we are not applying for COVID related grant due to...……
- There is currently no update from China regarding FLT3 as it was part of a NDA for time period or progress as follows...…
- Substantial value to sp was not delivered as stated due to the fact...……

Nothing is price sensitive, just courtesy of having communication with your shareholders, especially those who provide reams of research to this bb on what SAR are supposedly doing.

As stated, I remain a substantial holder and my frustration lies with the fact that the commercial business acumen on the simple art of communication is very low from the board.

Said my bit, back to waiting so over to you Tim, John and Stephen.

Potnak/ Minden whilst I am of the same opinion, my only query is if there was an offer on the table and declined, my understanding is that needed to be advised to shareholders, I may be wrong and would gladly be corrected.
All I hope going forward is we get more definitive information of what is going on from the BoD - for instance:-
Have we had any dialogue with ICR/CPF regarding Sierra or are we all sitting on our backsides waiting as no one daren't ask
Have we applied for COVID related grant/ are we eligible
Any feed back from China regarding FLT3
Tim states he wont release news for news sake - so why the recent tweets releases that in reality were a bit meaningless.
I get why we have had the placing but I would just like some clarity on what business path we are now taking with the whole set up.

Today, the line in the sand has been drawn Tim, John & Co are either smart business people who have raised money to take us forward given for what ever reason no interest by others or alternatively with lack of regular informative updates ( I do not consider tweets about other companies informative to me as a SAR shareholder) they are gravy train merchants.
Having met them all bar the NED's I believe them to be the former rather than the later - my opinion and respect others may differ with that, but I remain invested with the view that by the year end things could be in a much more positive position given the placing - not a prediction just my view.
I trust the rawness of last night and today dissipates from the bb, and more importantly Tim, John and Co start a very proactive engagement with us shareholders and give a clear and transparent reasoning on their aims for the Company and us shareholders.

Trust you are well, I would rather that put out a statement as to what the intentions are for the next 12 months and the individual responsibilities, the past is the past.
I've re read the RNS and comfortable with it's content, just want to see some stated direction as obviously at the moment there are no price sensitive discussions as any offer needs to be made known even if declined by management.

Simple question to SAR board - have we applied for grant reference COVID 19 - yes or no will suffice?

Not the news we wanted, but like potnak was beginning to expect a placing which probably suggests nowt imminent for a while and the bb wont be for good reading!!
Post placing I now expect both Tim and John to lay down the proposed business plan to the end game whether that be 2p or whatever, we have 4 potential routes of value, all have become for whatever reason cloak and dagger and lose creditability on day's like today.
Since going to the AGM 3 years ago, I've just followed the bb rather than get involved and understand people's frustrations but we made our choice.
I still retain a substantial holding in SAR, so John and Tim and yes Stephen if you read the bb as we believe lets have some structured news points on how and where you see SAR in the next twelve months, more out of courtesy to your very loyal long term holders.
