I think everybody is aware the "discovery process and testing" has a timeline that will take what it will - the "fast track" is the fact that funding could be available via another source as candidly put by John Reader in this morning's RNS.

I feel sometimes Tim and John are damned if they don't and damned if they do - yesterday SCLP ( I have shares there) at one point added 100% on a similar RNS - "our goal of starting a phase 1 clinical trial".

We know the pathway Tim and John are taking, it's clearly stated in this morning's RNS/Reach and hopefully like those affected by the various diseases they seek to cure , for us as investors it comes to a positive conclusion.

I didn’t have much time today but I intend to look into Sixth Element in more detail and try and get some transparency on their activities/management of CRT Pioneer Fund - it sits uneasily with me that they oversee funding of money to a Company they founded, their returns to Companies House appear basic and no doubt they took/received enhanced fees in renegotiating the deal with Sierra when it may have been more beneficial to take back - could argue conflict of interest.
May be barking up the wrong tree but beginning to get a bit frustrated with the c’est le vie attitude surrounding Sierra by those involved so need to satisfy my curiosity.

You will also note that Sixth Element founded Azeria Therapeutics and later in its role as management of CRT Pioneer Fund actually headed up £32m funding to them in Nov 2019 - usual shenanigans of not what you know but who you know!

For the record, I’m against any further dilution but RMM made a valid point in his post regarding a scenario for consolidation.
And more the point this’s bb is for all to have reasoned debate on, not a chosen few!

OXB closed at 400p on 17.03.20 a drop of over 40% just ten months after consolidation RNS - no rhyme or reason just saying!

I believe Stach has me filtered due to previous “engagements” - I have no problem with that but shy away from someone who says he remembers when the share spiked to 11p in the blink of an eyelid.

Cobaltblue the answer is your posting 125 to 1 - every 124 balance loses out and many did given the number of small pi's invested.
The sp has gone from 4p to 23p as you state over the last 12 months multiple of 4 to 5, is that any better than SAR ?, also consolidation by previous management so I dont see the plan, might be because I need VAL to reach £3.50 to break even on a pretty large investment - anyway just my opinion, everybody to their own.

Also, if a major pharma bought Sareum out and decided to keep it as a satellite company it would almost certainly restructure the share issue of it's own accord, otherwise, would go into it's own shareholding.

Look what happened when VAL consolidated - all irrelevant in my opinion a £1 is £1 and a share is a share plus consolidation comes at a cost .
