Been an interesting share to have invested in and one Ive spent a lot of time on (it was my one gamble shareholding all my others were very vanilla). Have to say Im disappointed with 28p but it could have been worse - should have been better (50s).

Jordi in my opinion if the vote fails there is a problem. We will know that no one values the company at more than 28p. So it will be a road ahead. Likely a lot of the managements positions will be untenable. Not clear how long said road will be. It will be interesting how they reset in the event of a no vote and how they raise money. Thats why ill sit out for a little bit and let things settle. Each to their own of course.

By the time the vote is held (assuming it is) ill vote no with my 2 remaining shares :-) 1 in UK and 1 in UAE. By then ill have sold up the rest. Will look to reinvest if the vote fails after the carnage that will follow.

NNM maybe you are right re the success fees though im not 100% convinced. Anyway non of us can realistically influence things - so its just a case of wait and see (and hope).

Rodney Im holding roughly half of my peak stake (in terms of numbers of shares). Im keeping thwm in case of an increased bid from JCC or a counter bid. But as a genuine question how will Solgold proceed if the bid fails. They have basocally spent all/ most the money on this process. How do they get the money to keep going? What will the impact of that be on the share price?

Im not happy with 28p. I was hoping for high 40s / low 50s. But I wouldnt fancy going back down to single digit figures again.

Jack ill still be here in 10 days. I dont intend to sell any more point until the days leading to the vote. That being said I wont be posting much as at this moment there is not really much happening and therefore nothing to post about.

I remain of the view there is a chance will up their bid a little, also a chance that someone else will bid. 28p is for me most likely outcome by far.

Personally prior to the vote (as it stands) ill sell all but 1 share and vote no. No way will we win on % but might win on numbers.

Rodney Ive kept half my shares ish so ill be here for a bit. I personally am sure the Chinese will end up owning solgold it might not be at 28p though. I think there is a chance they will up their bid. I think there is a chance someone will counter bid (please god) but if there is a counter im pretty sure jcc will counter and eventually win.

My wife went to Ecuador with her mother in june 2022. The primary purpose of the visit was to visit the Galapagos, however they wanted to see more of the country. They landed in Quito and from there flew to the Galapagos. From there they flew to Guayaquil. Whilst there they got a taxi which during their journey pulled over and 2 guys who claimed they had guns got in the cab and in my opinion mugged them. The British Foreign Office calls this crime "express kidnapping" as the people drove round the city going to atms (with them in the car) using their debit cards etc in ATMs. I still view it as a mugging but as I say the Foreign office says different. I never once said they were kidnapped by gangs and frankly I dont believe they were.

One of the many problems with you is you misrepresent what people say. You kept saying I was posting in the middle of the night when I wasnt. Since ive had the misfortune to come across you ive predominately been based in the UAE or KSA which has either a 3 or 4 hour time difference with the UK. In the case of KSA it also has a different weekend. I also travel a lot as I dont live in the country my immediate family live in / or the country my wifes immediate family live in - given we love them (and they love us) we make an effort to see them. I appreciate given your clearly miserable life this is an alien concept to you.

In terms of your comments on my work history and "big projects".... I work in the Middle East. Of course I work on big projects. Im currently working on a 3 billion USD project. They dont really do small projects. Its just how life is here.

Anyway ive now sold half my holding. In the not too distant future ill have forgotten you exist, by which point you will have no doubt found a new board to troll to entertain you in your sad and lonely life.

There is a very easy way to block him - its called using the filter. It makes the board so much better when you do it.

JCC is far more than a smelter it has mines (including one of the largest copper mines in China).
