Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
I don't think I have enough invested for this to make me a millionaire (unless it's in Turkish lira.) If you take the new brokers best case scenario I might get almost halfway - but we have a very VERY long way to go yet. Will September bring the first step on the path?
17.5% for Redestos dropping to 15% after two years 10% of net sales for Lachlan. Country specific royalties of 5-10% of net sales in Europe for cheminova (who were replaced as licencees by sumiagro )
Im afraid sweet dreams seems to be more a of a random comment spewing nightmare, and therefore filtered by me. Growing season approaches so we could see news about Portugal, France or Switzerland. Or - commercial orders in Italy or Spain where sipcam are promoting Edens 3aey heavily by all accounts. There is also the potential nematocide deal with Eastman that's been dragging on longer than I care to remember with no resolution or progress as far as I can tell. So far. .....who knows.... :)
Could be France, Portugal, sales order another extension of labels for 3aey Nematicide deal Or it could be simply that the time for applying 3aey in the current grape growinG season is getting closer and closer, and the view is that is is a good product and has a solid place in farmers and winegrowers arsenals.
If Edens current approved product gains traction - and there are good reasons to think it will later in the growing season, then surely sales will be through its licensees which are unaffected by Brexit. I will be buying when funds are available.
I think in answer to a question I put forward one of several possible positives for the share price this year but has been seen as an opportunity to put forward Brexit arguments. On Eden - If we vote to leave the EU this share will go down - short term - that's as close to a certainty as anything I know. It's a certainty as markets hate ummm uncertainty. If other positive news comes out in the same time frame we may be spared a large and sustained drop. I'm not going to divulge my voting preferences or get dragged into a wider debate as EU in/out is like a religious debate where no one can win in an argument. The vote will be what it will be. Plenty of places to discuss the EU and referendum elsewhere.
I can imagine quite a lot could help the price this year. Sales news for one I would imagine. They will use 3aey toward the end of the grape season, especially if it's wet. Portuguese or French approval (it's already eu approved) Voting to stay in Europe will probably help.
I think they have two years cash at current burn rates. This could go up or down depending on whether they receive royalties or new licence fees expand their activities. I'm sort of nervous but at the same time fully committed to this already - but the proof of the pudding as Sain says is actual substantial orders from the various countries that have the approvals. We know Kenya order was small, Redestos (Greece Bulgaria and Balkans) one we don't know how much was ordered. On the plus side the Redestos groups only product for botyritis on vines is mevalone - I looked on one of their sites but can't remember how I came across it. I think SP might drift until brexit vote, might consider averaging down but I'm already knees deep.....
I'm not getting carried away in the slightest. All I quoted was royalty percentages in response to your "small royalty" comment. We do need orders but if we get them the rewards will be huge at those royalty percentages. Yes that particular order was known to be small. We DONT KNOW the size of the redestos order for Greece, Bulgaria the balkans etc Kenya is but a sideshow. A starter. A breadstick. Italy and spain have well over a million (maybe approaching 2) hectares of vineyards between them.
I'm not sure when the countdown will start but I think this is going to go boom in a big way when these products gain traction. Sipcam Italy now has 3AEY on their website and if you can read Italian it sounds pretty compelling as a product.
