In a Company with such a low number of shares in the market it is always likely the SP will run up very quickly if a deal is rumoured, so previous levels which I think were between 3.5 - 4.5 could be seen again. Only time will tell.

Over 1% of Co picked up @ 1p, yesterday and today. Someone happy to hoover up the shares at this level. Maybe we should follow this lead.

Well a 57% uplift in the SP would be welcome. Trouble is there's no activity let alone news. Back to the waiting game I suppose.

Interestingly...there was a time when a sale of 107,475 would have knocked the price heavily. Watching this closely and hoping for more stakebuilding news.

Profits warning from Foxtons today. Will Countrywide be similarly affected in a number of subsidiaries? Hamptons, John D Wood, Faron Sutaria, Bairstow Eves etc. Time to have a careful think, a correction to the SP may occur.
