Interesting new podcast about all things auto. The first episode is an interview with Tony Seba who believes all new cars by 2025 will be electric and autonomous cars will take off quicker than people think.
I am glad my little Corbyn jibe provoked Safestocks into action.
Seriously though, its good to have him back writing about SEE.
Agree S2020, but Safestocks has gone very quiet on SEE. Too busy defending Corbyn on twitter!
Redeye confusing their ADAS terminology! Aptiv’s L2 system [using Mobileye] provides collision avoidance (AEB) & lane-keeping (LKAS) based on cameras & radar in, for instance, the Volvo XC90. If FCA SoP really is 2019, that is MUCH more likely to be @seeingmachines Fovio than SE.
Mr Semicast is on a mission!
Good to see his twitter following growing week on week as he keeps banging the drum for SEE.
Keep up the good work. He is more focused, determined and effective than SEE's own PR team/agency (this week's Times piece aside).
@semicast_res
Extraordinary achievement. Well done @seeingmachines
@seeingmachines
Yes, it's true – our world-class Guardian driver monitoring technology has travelled over 1.3 billion kilometres globally. That’s further than the distance of Saturn from Earth! http://ow.ly/BFrE30lClHG #SEEGuardian #seeingmachines @proactive_UK
Am I wrong that the SP was 3p a year ago and now its 9p/10p?
Sorry that is a fact.
AIM is high risk - high reward, if you can you cannot handle the volatility invest in something more predictable.
Your whining is becoming tiresome.

This time last year, the share price was 3p. Its now 3 times that. We have had massive growth over the last 12 months, so it was bound to fall back at some point, especially in the quieted summer months. Most of my PF has taken a kicking this month, so it nots just SEE.
It's all about your time horizon. Long term to me, is 5-7 years, however to others it might 3-6 months or less.
Unless you need to sell soon, I dont see what there is to get stressed about. I think come year end, the SP will much higher than it is now. Just my opinion.
Regards
I totally agree with Mr Semicast on his last tweet. Crowd-based research, when done well, can give PI's the edge over the market - SEE is a great example of that.
Also well played Lewbo and all credit totally deserved.
Semicast is more obsessed with SEE than most of us!
He tweets exclusively on SEE and DMS...even on a Sunday. Always interesting and valid observations though...
The wider debate about @seeingmachines and @SmartEyeAB is not takeover value, but how many lives DMS will save. The simple answer is millions, just from making human drivers into better drivers. Sleep & HF research are key components of distraction & fatigue management.
Ory has £4.6m worth of shares. He will not sell it on the cheap.
Another tweet from Semicast. I think they are more obsessed about SEE & DMS than many of us! And that is saying something....
Interesting regional divergence re: opinions of steering wheel sensors for DMS. NTSB says not adequate while EC proposes to mandate 2021-23. Global OEMs will have to pick one & litigious nature of US mkt suggests NTSB recs will become the global standard. View: camera DMS to win
Belated thanks BB! Tremendous work, really appreciated and very comforting.
Yes thanks SGreen.
10's of millions of cars! Like it.
BTW this time last year the SP was around 3-4p. So we have seen a bit of SP growth recently, so not sure what people expect. It takes years to build a billion dollar company not months or weeks.
Yes I like to see Ken's reply please Steve, could you repost it again please?
A8 is right if we dont have any more news in the next few weeks/month the SP will drift downwards, but if we do, he is probably wrong. The SP was gone from 4-5p to 12-13p in a few months. So I am not complaining either way what happens in the short term. The question is not what the SP will be in a month or two, but what it will be this time next year, and the year after that.
I just tweeted this: Great coverage on #SEE by @IChronicle, @HClarfelt, @IC_MBoxall & @JohnHughman in the mag & podcast this week. BTW the educated guess about the new US OEM win is Ford not Tesla. Ford make a few more cars than Tesla! And John Hughman liked it within seconds! Finally SEE is getting the recognition it deserves.
Not only is SEE covered positively in this week's IC mag, they also discuss it on the podcast. The editor, John Hughman, is normally generally bearish on growth stock, but says about SEE: "I like this, I like it a lot". Interesting he follows me on twitter, so maybe, just maybe, my many, many SEE tweets, might have finally hit the mark! Hilariously they think the US OEM is Tesla!! LOL! https://www.investorschronicle.co.uk/podcasts/
Haha! We all like SEEing (&) ARS! cheers GM2
Yes I 100% agree, that patience is key here. My largest holding is AsiaMet and I have yet to sell a single share even though I am up 330% up. I am going to take the same approach with SEE. I probably wont add anymore as SEE is now my 2nd biggest holding. Currently I am 110% up with SEE but like ARS, I intend to hold for another 2-3 years, maybe longer. Its taken me a few years to learn the key investment lesson, but I am now running my winners and cutting my losers, (easy to say hard to do) but christ its turn my portfolio completely around.
The article mentions 11 mandated systems but the one that concerns us is: Drowsiness and attention detection detects when the drivers attention begins to waver and warns them to take a break
