Listening to the interview it does sound like BT was shaken by the drop yesterday which has now resulted in a change of news delivery approach with him indicating the unlikelihood of announcing hole by hole, in which case it might be sometime before there is a meaty results announcements again. This has probably taken some of the froth off the shares.

5% drilled only to a depth of 3m. We'd have to be very unlucky not to benefit from multiple increases in the resource and if the grade quality holds up we're really onto a winner here.

I think the thing is here, after all the hype ( and I have to say BenT has been responsible for a lot of it, including raising expectations by issuing warrants at that high strike price - it all adds to the expectation of inexperienced investors) this was probably not the RNS PIs wanted. I think people genuinely thought solid blocks of metal were going to fall out of the cores.
That said it's the first result, only.

why do you expect a dip today?
Not disputing there may be one, anything is possible with this share, but given the announcement and the likelihood that we are actually reasonably close to the EIA RNS, why do you think we'll dip?

I can understand frustration here with SP, seems to be largely driven by excessive warrants, traders and people that just don't understand where ECR is in the exploration cycle in some of its tenements - and OKAY yes CB has not helped either.

But you don't go out and buy two drill rigs unless there's a conviction from your geologist experts that the probabilities are decent for an economically viable discovery. But these things take time. Meanwhile there are also other opportunities but I guarantee the quickest way to lose money is chasing rainbows.
